ABOUT NATURE GROUP OIL AND GAS DIVISIONNatureOil and Gas was founded in Norway by two students from the university of Stavanger in 1999.

They had discovered an environmental friendly way to separate water from slops derived from the oil and gas industry.

With funding of the Norwegian government further research was performed to optimise the treatment process of slops.

The first treatments performed were for Statoil, Shell, Conoco Philips and Total.

Nature still holds a firm link to the university of Stavanger as one of it’s main chemists is concluding his PhD research in 2015.

WASTE/ SLOP TREATMENT AT SOURCESlop is a term used for waste water associated with the exploration of oil and gas

Slop normally consist of (but not limited to):

• Rainwater

• Deck washings

• Drilling mud (oil and water based)

• Hydraulic spills

• Brine

• Engine room spills

• Completion fluids

• Wellbore washings

IMPROVE QHSE STANDARDS, MAXIMIZE EFFICIENCY

• Improve QHSE standards;• less logistics, waste treatment at source, • prevent spills.• reduce carbon footprint.• compliance to the toughest local rules and regulations.• Strict documentation and control on output.

• Maximize efficiency in comparison to traditional waste management– Savings between 40 and 70% can be achieved depending on

location and waste composition.

• Proven technology and experience in diverse climates (arctic-equator), humid and dry. With all major international oil companies.
