The objective of this presentation is to show
Some Values benefited from Natural Creatures
and Link them to our life.

Allah, the Exalted, wants
us to think in all creatures
in sky and earth. Allah
Says, "Observe what is in
the sky and earth” (Yunus
101). Our aim of this
thinking is to increase our
Faith in Allah and
increase our knowledge
about Allah’s names and
Attributes.
This presentation will help to
think about these different
values.

7) NIGHT & DAY

DAY & NIGHT Day & Night are one of the things which people should think about.
There are many values which can be benefited from them like:
- Day & Night are great signs
which Allah advised us to think
about them. “Behold! in the
creation of the heavens and the
earth, and the alternation of night
and day,- there are indeed Signs
for men of understanding,-” (Al-
Imran 190)

- Day & Night are great favor from
Allah which we need to thank Allah a
lot. Imagine that all our live is always
day and there is no night or vise
versa. Will our life be normal?
“It is out of His Mercy that He has
made for you Night and Day,- that ye
may rest therein, and that ye may
seek of his Grace;- and in order that
ye may be grateful.” (Al-Qasas 73)

- Each Day & Night passes
means that time is passed
which means that human is
nearer to his death.
This should make us take
more care about time by doing
good things and avoiding bad
things.

8) STARS

STARS Stars are creatures which can be seen at night. There are many
values which can benefited from stars:
- Great knowledge of Allah since
no body knows the exact number
of stars in the sky. Try to count
number of stars in one night. You
won’t be able to do that for one
night, what about previous nights
and previous years and
centuries? No body knows except
Allah.

- Stars are icons for Excellence &
Distinction. Whoever is
distinguished is called as star. In
same time, We should
differentiate between real stars
and un real ones. Anyone can
claim that he is star, but this
claim should be proven by work
which is surly good works.

- Stars are one of Allah creatures, so they
worship Allah and prostrate to Allah.
“Seest thou not that to Allah bow down in
worship all things that are in the heavens
and on earth,- the sun, the moon, the
stars; the hills, the trees, the animals;
and a great number among mankind?
But a great number are (also) such as
are fit for Punishment: and such as Allah
shall disgrace,- None can raise to honour:
for Allah carries out all that He wills” (Al-
Hajj 18)

9) SKY

SKY Sky is great creature which is seen daily. There are many values
which can be benefited from sky like:
- When we see the sky, we feel
the greatness of this creature.
What we see is the first sky
only and there are six more.
Each one is great than the
previous one. All this shows
the greatness of Allah.

- If we notice anything above us,
we can see pillars which prevent
it from falling down. Where are
pillars for sky and how it is not
falling on us. Allah answer that:
“Allah is He Who raised the
heavens without any pillars that
ye can see” (Ar-Ra'd 2)

- The beauty of Sky is an evidence
for beauty of Allah make “And
among His Signs is the creation
of the Skys and the earth, and
the variations in your languages
and your colours: verily in that are
Signs for those who know.” (Ar-
Room 22)

10) CLOUD

CLOUD Cloud is one of the things which can be seen many times during the
year especially in winter. Many values can be benefited from it like:
- Cloud is a great sign which Allah
asked us to think about. It’s beauty
shows the beauty of who created it
(Allah). “and the clouds which they
Trail like their slaves between the sky
and the earth;- (Here) indeed are
Signs for a people that are wise” (Al-
Baqarah 164)

- Cloud is related mostly with rain.
When there are more clouds, the
chance of rain is more, but the
knowledge of rain fall is only with
Allah. People try always to predict
rain, but they can’t get it always.
“Verily the knowledge of the Hour is
with Allah (alone). It is He Who sends
down rain” (Luqman 34)

- Allah is the only one who makes cloud
and all attempts which people try to
make clouds, they might success and
they might not. “It is Allah Who sends the
Winds, and they raise the Clouds: then
does He spread them in the sky as He
wills, and break them into fragments,
until thou seest rain-drops issue from the
midst thereof: then when He has made
them reach such of his servants as He
wills behold, they do rejoice!-” (Ar-Room
48)

11) MOUNTAIN

MOUNTAIN
- One of the values related to mountain is
stability or solidity. People says (Stable or
solid like mountain). Believer should be
solid against all temptations in life. The
prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) was always
repeating the following supplication: “Ya
muqallibal-qulubi, thabbit qalbi `ala
dinika (O Controller of the hearts make
my heart steadfast in Your religion).''
[At-Tirmidhi].
Mountain is a great creature which many values can be benefited
from like:

- This great mountain is finally
group of small stones. The
same applies for human.
Group is always stronger than
individuals.

- Another value related to
mountain is being top. One of
the achievements which
people are proud of is reaching
top of mountains which is very
great, but we should now that
continuing on top is the
challenge always.

12) TREES

TREES Trees are one of the common things which are seen especially in
cities and they are sign for beauty. They are also available in villages
and deserts. Many values can be benefited from trees like:
- Trees show great knowledge
of Allah. Who knows the
number of trees leaves &
branches around the world?
“Not a leaf doth fall but with
His knowledge” (Al-An'am 59)

- Big trees stands against hurricanes
and strong winds. Although they
loose some of their leaves, but
finally, they stands. Believers should
stand also against huge number of
temptations by establishing strong
relation with Allah. One of things
which will make them stands is their
strong believes same as strong roots
in trees.

came so much in Quran &
Prophet sayings. it is very nice
and beneficial to discuss them
in Quran verses or Prophet
sayings.

13) GRASSES &
WEEDS

GRASSES & WEEDS It might not be familiar to have values from these creatures, but if we
think, we can have many values like:
- Availability of beautiful green
grasses and weeds provide
comfort for people. These
beautiful grasses are like
people with nice ethics. People
who deals with them feel
comfortable.

creatures by maintaining
cleanness on these places
since some people leave their
waste after finishing eating.
This will effect the beauty and
may effect the environment

14) SANDS & SOIL

SANDS & SOIL Sands are one of the things which are seen almost every where, but
rarely someone think about the values which can be benefited from:
- Great knowledge of Allah by
knowing the exact number of
sand which nobody can know
even if he used the most modern
equipment. We are concentrating
on these names and attributes of
Allah since they have great effect
on us.

- Although sands are too much
but they can’t stand against
winds. This is same as weak
believers which can’t stand
against temptations. Another
thing is that any group should
be coherent; otherwise; they
will be weak as sands.

- One of the worships related to
sand is (Tayammom) which is
using sand when there is no
water for Abolition. Allah says:
“and ye find no water, then take
for yourselves clean sand or
earth, and rub therewith your
faces and hands” (Al-Ma'idah 6)

DISASTERS

NATURAL DISASTERS Natural Disasters such as earthquakes, volcanoes and hurricanes
happen in different times. There are many values which can be
benefited from these disasters:
- Allah is only one who make these
disasters and not human or nature.
Allah says: “No kind of calamity can
occur, except by the leave of Allah”
(At-Taghabun 11). Also, these
disasters show the great power of
Allah which any power can’t reach
even small amount of it.

- These disasters were cause
for perdition of many previous
nations when they didn’t
respond to prophets. Quran
shows many of these nations
and which disasters destroyed
them.

- If any disaster happened, muslim
should be patient and repeat what is
advised to be said while these
disaster. Allah says: “Who say, when
afflicted with calamity: "To Allah We
belong, and to Him is our return,
They are those on whom (Descend)
blessings from Allah, and Mercy, and
they are the ones that receive
guidance. “ (Al-Baqarah 156-157).

Natural creatures have many
values which can be educated
by educators – like parents
and teachers - to those who
are educated by them.
What is mentioned in this
presentation is only few
values. If we think, we can get
more and more values.
