    >e live in a world full of dece%tion and lies. Most of us rely on what wehear and what we learn as we &o alon& with our lives. Very often wehear contradictory thin&s' so we +ust i&nore them. This is how we are

conditioned to react. After all thou shall not kill' "ut for reven&e the whole town of Fericho

had to "e destroyed and everyone killed. That was the will of 2od.

    !othin& has chan&ed in our world of dece%tion. >hom to trustG >hat to"elieveG

Most thin&s that we know to "e true are in fact not true at all. *romhistory to astronomy new discoveries shed di)erent li&ht on knowled&ethat we had and very seldom do those discoveries see the li&ht of dayand are "uried' so as to not interfere with the money makin& a%%aratusof our handlers.

After all' we a&reed to "e called the shee% and we "ow to the she%herd

with no uestions asked. >e all know that cholesterol is "ad for us. Thesame &oes for saturated fat' salt' e&&s' and %ork. >e are told to %rotectourselves from the sun to %revent skin cancer.

Before we can talk a"out health or disease we have to e$amine what is thisworld of ours' who are we and how do we 5t in relation to others. There will"e some confusion at the very "e&innin&. >ho was correct' !ewton orinsteinG

They were "oth correct "y descri"in& two di)erent realities. One reality isa"out our %hysical laws in our three dimensional view of our niverse and

how those laws &overn our lives "ased on this reality. >e can all see eachother in certain ways' %redict thin&s to ha%%en "ased on the knowled&e ofthe laws that &overn our >orld. nderstandin& these laws makes it %ossi"leto understand who we are' what we need to survive and what makes us

healthy or sick. On the other hand instein' throu&h 1uantum hysics' draws a com%letely

    di)erent reality of illusion and or&ani3ed chaos of %articles %rone toun%redicta"le "ehavior. sin& e$%eriments' uantum %hysicists %roved that%articles will "ehave as e$%ected if monitored "y a result oriented

    monitorin& device. This e$%lains %ositive thinkin& and "lack ma&ic. *or

e$am%le if you have the desire to do somethin& you will most likely do it. Bydoin& so' you will meet %eo%le of the same interest and your life will startsha%in& itself a certain way. (f you are %oor you will "e surrounded "y %oor%eo%le' if you are rich you will "e surrounded "y rich ones.

(f you want to achieve somethin&' all that you have to do is to concentrateon the result and it will ha%%en. This is the law of %ositive thinkin& or the law

of attraction. (f you "elieve that someone can hurt you' you are o%enin& thedoor to this %ossi"ility. This is where the %lace"o e)ect takes its hold.

  • 5/19/2018 Natural Health and Healing

    12/184

    The o%%osite of the %lace"o e)ect is noce"o e)ect. (f you are

    in#uenced "y ne&ative thou&hts' your health will "e a)ectedne&atively. *or e$am%le if you "elieve in "ad s%irits the %rediction

of a voodoo %ractitioner will a)ect you and if the voodoo%ractitioner tells you that you will die tomorrow at noon' you will

die at that time. (f you do not "elieve in "lack ma&ic you will not"e a)ected at all.

Then we can &o a ste% further and enter a world "eyond %articles.

That is a world of darkness and li&ht. (n this world all that e$istsare &eometrical sha%es of circles' ovals' strai&ht lines' trian&les'rectan&les and tetrahedrons. >hat do they meanG To e$%lain this

we can enter a much sim%ler world from the one that we live in.The world of com%uters. This world is com%osed of a seuence of3eroes and ones. The com"ination @@@66 @666 @66@ will result in

an ima&e on the screen on the com%uter. De%endin& on the%ro&ram' the entium chi% will deci%her the seuence and it willdis%lay the ima&e of a letter A or a dot or yellow color or sound.

Our "rain is e$actly a resultCoriented' %re%ro&rammed monitorin&machine that creates our reality' our >orld. The electroma&netic

ener&y is the shade of the li&ht' its %ermanent com%anion. This is why we may say that we are

  • 5/19/2018 Natural Health and Healing

    13/184

nothin& more than ener&y itself. This ener&y we can %resent asa wide sheet of ener&y 5eld that contains all our realities andthis is why we all see the same thin& and e$%erience the same

    vi"ration.

One movement tri&&ers another and is e$%erienced "y all. >ecall it the collective mind. My intention is not +ust to tell youwhat we are doin& wron& and how to chan&e it' "ut to awaken

your curiosity' en&a&e your "rain and come to a conclusion onyour own.( will mention as few studies as %ossi"le and instead swin&your attention to e$am%les in nature. *or most of us this isvery confusin& so why am ( mentionin& thisG The reason is thatthere are various methods "y which healin& may "e achieved.

    >e may stimulate healin& utili3in& chemicals' ener&y or%ersuasion. >hile healin& with chemicals Lmedicinal %lants or%harmaceutical dru&s may take years' utili3in& ener&y will doit in weeks and %ersuasion will do it in minutes. How does thatworkG

  • 5/19/2018 Natural Health and Healing

    14/184

(f we use the traditional healin& method utili3in& medicinalcom%ounds we are addressin& the sym%tom of the disease. *ore$am%le in the case of cancer we can chan&e the diet utili3in&

hi&hly alkaline foods like +uicin& and eatin& raw meat' increasevitamin D8 levels "y sun"athin& or vitamin D8 su%%lementin&'calm ourselves down "y meditatin& or %rayin& and takin& lon&na%s to allow our "ody to heal. (t will take a while "ut you willheal from cancer.

On the other hand you can +ust electroma&netically stimulatecancer cells and they will immediately activate the healin& &eneT:= and cancer will disa%%ear within 8 months' the cells willsim%ly 5$ themselves and healthy cells create a healthy or&anand "ody.

And then' since everythin& is an illusion of ener&y manifestedreality' you can +ust visuali3e yourself as healthy without cancerand if you truly "elieve that it is so' you will %ro+ect this ima&e tocollective mind and everyone will see you as healthy. 4o if youand others see you healthy you will "e healthy. 4ince %ower of

%ersuasion &rows e$%onentially it is "etter to have hel% of two ormore %ersons and you can heal from cancer in minutes.

*or the end ( left the "e&innin& where everythin& has started' the seaof consciousness where the M or the "u""le of theoretical life ofmulti%le universes had started.

nderstandin& the %rinci%les makes it easier to reali3e the %ower thatwe have to chan&e our reality for "etter or for worse "y sim%ly

envisionin& thin&s the way we want them to "e. ( have to mentionthat we' the humans' have %ower to create chan&e utili3in& ener&y.The ener&y is e$%ressed in vi"ration of ether L%lasma orconsciousness and we do have the %ower to in#uence it. verythou&ht is ener&y released into the ether that creates a ri%%lee$%erienced "y all. Our %ositive thinkin& comes from love and is

&overned "y our heart. The ne&ative thinkin& is %roduced "y our "rainand in com%arison its ener&y is thousands of times weaker than theheart ener&y. very ne&ative thou&ht that one has' will ro" you ofener&y and cause oneself harm. Our Body

  • 5/19/2018 Natural Health and Healing

    17/184

Althou&h we see ourselves as one "ody' in fact we are com%osed oftrillions of inde%endent cells. ach cell is an or&anism "y itself thathas its or&ans' meta"olism' needs' feelin&s and knowled&e of itse$istence. *or the cells to function as one "ody there has to "e instant

communication systems availa"le. very cell in our "ody %roducesthousands of chemical reactions every second. Their chemical activityhas to "e shared amon& them so that they act as one.

The communication is achieved throu&h %hotons of li&ht that the cellsemit "y themselves. (n fact it has "een calculated that one %hoton ofli&ht that each cell %roduces must have a stora&e ca%acity of at least: MB to "e a"le to carry the information load. This %hoton' once inmotion' will travel inde5nitely sharin& the information.

To understand how we function we 5rst have to understand the cellitself. The cell is the sim%lest or&anism thou&h there is nothin& sim%lea"out it. (t has a mem"rane as a skin and inside it is 5lled with liuid

in which there are or&ans C mitochondria' chromosome' nucleus' andthe %rismatic "ody.

    (nside the chromosome there is a dou"le heli$ of D!A on which are%asted %aired &enes. This is %acked in a "a& resem"lin& a structurewith tails of D!A %rotrudin&. They are called telomeres. ( ammentionin& them on %ur%ose "ecause they are related to our a&in&.very cellular function is controlled with a corres%ondin& &ene.

  • 5/19/2018 Natural Health and Healing

    18/184

The &enetic activation and deactivation is controlled "y the"rain of the cell called the /ellular Mem"rane -ece%tor' L/M-.>e have "een told that each of us has a di)erent &eneticstructure which makes us uniue' and that this is a %ermanent

structure which is im%ossi"le to alter. Dr. Bruce ,i%ton is one ofthe scientists that %roved this to "e incorrect. >e are told thatwe are usin& only a"out 6@N of our &enes and the rest are socalled +unk &enes. There is nothin& +unkie a"out them.

The &enetic structure is niversal and the same for all cells in

    our three dimensional niverse. The only di)erence is the&enetic activation. *or e$am%le when a 3y&ote Lthe cell that%rocreates new life starts multi%lyin& creatin& the em"ryo' it&oes throu&h drastic chan&es. After a"out si$ weeks a humanem"ryo has &ills and it could develo% into a 5sh. Two weeks later

it has a s%ine resem"lin& a re%tile and can develo% into acrocodile' tyrannosaur or a li3ard. Two weeks later it resem"les adol%hin' then a monkey and 5nally a human "a"y. The &enes ofall creation are %acked in the chromosome C it is +ust theactivation code that makes the di)erence.

  • 5/19/2018 Natural Health and Healing

    19/184

The same &oes with all the di)erent cells in our "ody. They all startedfrom one cell and are essentially the same whether we call them stem cellsor mother cells. (t is only the &enetic activation that makes the di)erence.

    >ho activates or su%%resses the &enetic activationG (t is the /M-. And howdoes it know what to doG (t knows throu&h an electroma&netic im%rint orthrou&h the messa&e that it receives.

That &enetic seuencin& Lactivation and su%%ression is a constant and

on&oin& %rocess and is visi"le in nature. (f there are several %eo%lestandin& around and one do& is %resent' most likely it will "e o"viouswhom does the do& "elon& to. They will resem"le each other. Ado%tedchildren will start resem"lin& their ado%ted mother and a cou%le that likeseach other will start to look like "rother and sister. >hyG Because in near%ro$imity the transference of &enetic information throu&h %hotons of li&ht

is stron&est and the cells will "e a)ected "y the information and ad+ustaccordin&ly.

  • 5/19/2018 Natural Health and Healing

    20/184

An e$%eriment to %rove this was made "y illuminatin& a live duckwith a cold laser and %ro+ectin& it on a fertile chicken e&&. >henthe e&& hatched it was a chick with #at "eak and we""ed feet.

    Throu&h the li&ht' the &enetic activation code was transferred fromthe duck to the chicken em"ryo and %artially chan&ed theelectroma&netic information that tri&&ered a chan&e in the &enetic

activation of the chicken em"ryo causin& the chan&es in thenew"orn chick.

Dr. 0anch3hen made a similar e$%eriment with similar results andDr. eter 2ariaev had shown that you can actually chan&e ones%ecies into other +ust "y illuminatin& them "y li&ht.

To function %ro%erly' cells have to receive ener&y. There is only onety%e of ener&y reuired electroma&netic ener&y. There are variousways of how a cell o"tains this ener&y and how it can store it. (t

can do it throu&h water' e$chan&e of cations' or "reakin& down thefood. (t is im%ortant to understand that to %roduce the ener&y' thecell can utili3e three nutrientsK fat' %rotein and &lucose Lsim%lesu&ar. Additionally it is im%ortant to mention that cells can%roduce &lucose "y themselves either from %rotein or fat.

  • 5/19/2018 Natural Health and Healing

    21/184

(t is e$tremely im%ortant to know the system of how the cell a"sor"s thewater and nutrients. This is covered in the cha%ter Hydration.

4o far ( have demonstrated that not only are all animal cells the same "utalso that all the cells in our "ody are the same. This raises another

uestion how is it %ossi"le that cells have di)erent functions and how is it%ossi"le that they have di)erent life s%ansG

The di)erent function is easily e$%lained. De%endin& of what is reuiredfrom the cell' the /M- L"rain of the cell' will seuence the &enes and thecell will start functionin& either as a kidney cell or a %ancreas cell or a "loodcell. Dr. B. ,i%ton e$%lains this in detail. He made a sim%le o"servation

noticin& that de%endin& in what media you immerse the cell' it willtransform itself to "e %roductive and the same cell can "ecome a "one cellor liver cell or a skin cell.

As for the lon&evity' it "ecomes much sim%ler than that. >e were told thatliver or kidney cells live around 9 months and "one cells live < to = years.4ur%risin&ly with all of the knowled&e we still do not know how lon& one

animal cell can live. One attem%t was done to solve this mystery.

One cell of a chicken heart was isolated and immersed in a saline solution. The solution was re&ularly cleaned and 5nally' after 7: years' the cell died"ut not from old a&e "ut "ecause the assistant for&ot to chan&e the liuid.4o the mystery of how lon& one cell can live was not solved. Anothere$am%le was the case of Dr. -o"ert Becks "lood.

  • 5/19/2018 Natural Health and Healing

    22/184

Dr. Beck invented an electro stimulator that does many wonderful thin&s inour "ody and one of them is that it cleanses all of our cells includin& the"lood.

After %ulsin& for 5ve months he went to his friend MD to check his "lood. He

was hy are we the only animal that does not live to its %otentialG >hat dowe do di)erent from all of the other animalsG >e are the only animal thatcooks its food. Does this have anythin& to do with our lon&evityG

(n our "ody all the cells develo%ed from a sin&le cell and that is why they areessentially the same' so why does the liver cell live only 9 months and a"one cell < yearsG Answers to all these uestions will "e revealed in this"ook.

arrots adolescent a&e is : years and they tend to live "etween ?@ and 6;@

years and so on. One thin& that we notice is that the adolescent a&e is%ro%ortional with the 5nal a&e that an animal can achieve. This is im%rintedin our &enetic code. As we have discovered the &enetic code is the same forall creation.

Accordin& to this somethin& stran&e is ha%%enin& with us humans. Dr. /ynthia 0enyon made a fascinatin& discovery that deserves the !o"elri3e' instead not sur%risin&ly this discovery is hardly known. 4he discoveredthat if you de%rive an animal of &lucose somethin& stran&e will ha%%en. Theanimal will start to "ehave like a youn& animal' full of ener&y' #e$i"ility' it will"e healthy and it will outlive the other animals in its &rou% ; times and it will

e$hi"it a healthy and ener&etic life to the very end.

    >hat has ha%%ened with the o$idative stressG Dr. 0enyon discovered thatwhen the &ene res%onsi"le for stimulatin& insulin %roduction is deactivated'the ener&y is transferred to its %aired &ene' the AD* &ene' that is now nicknamed the sweet 6; &ene. (t a%%ears that the sweet 6; &ene in#uencesthe re"uildin& of telomeres.

( have mentioned that the s%iral heli$ of D!A %rotrudes from chromosomesand they are called the telomeres. (n youn& animals they are 6: thousand"ases lon& and with every cellular division the telomeres "ecome shorter andshorter. >hen the telomeres are : thousand "ases lon& the animal will die.

The chromosome is a messa&in& center. (t receives and sends informationa"out the activity of the cell and its surroundin&. (t communicates with othercells that are in the same "ody and with those outside of the "ody. The a"ilityto communicate over distance is achieved throu&h very sensitive antennascalled the telomeres.

    >hen the antennas are lon& they are sensitive and more information will "ereceived or sent. The information travels in the form of electroma&neticfreuencies and is transmitted throu&h the li&ht. (n youn& animals thetelomeres are lon& and the full s%ectrum of information can "e received.

  • 5/19/2018 Natural Health and Healing

Hi&h fructose corn syru%' H*/4' isthe com"ination of ;@N of fructose and 9@N of &lucose. This makes it very

sweet and very a"sor%tive as well.

This e$%lains why fruits are not creatin& %ro"lems associated with su&ar intake.>e eat them raw and the car"ohydrate is not availa"le. The small amount offree &lucose and fructose does not create any %ro"lem' "ut cooked and

%rocessed foods do create %ro"lems "ecause hi&h amounts of fructose and&lucose &et a"sor"ed into the "lood since the cellulose is destroyed and

The reason "ehind this is that sweet sensations stimulate the "rain to

Very often one feels 5ne and &oes for a routine checku% +ust to discoverthat his "lood %icture is a mess. This causes %ain "ecause it is always followed with in#ammation. Thissta&e we call disease. As soon as the discomfort &oes away we assumethat we are healthy a&ain. >ron&.

Trauma is sim%le to solve. >e know the cause and we 5$ it. (nfection is more %ro"lematical. (f we are dealin& with "acteria we have

All of a sudden there is a loud noise. Iou +um%' headache is &one' stomach acidityis &one "ut uickly you sit down a&ain "ecause the %ain in your knee forces you to

    do so.

ain is not there to torture you "ut to alert you that somethin& is wron& and needs

to "e 5$ed. The noise was a low level stress that %roduced stress hormones anddirected ener&y where it was needed for a res%onse. 4ince the stress level was low'areas of lar&er %ro"lems were not a)ected and your knee %ain remained to alert

you that you can in+ure yourself. The hi&her the level of stress' the stron&er thestress hormone res%onse and the ti&hter the ener&y control.

ltimately if your life is in eminent dan&er cortisone is secreted. 4o if a ti&er showsu% in your room all %ain will disa%%ear "ecause not a sin&le milliam% of ener&y can

(t is not im%ortant and there is for sure not &oin& to "e any 5$in& of a %ro"lem orin#ammation. As soon as you are out of dan&er stress hormone levels &o down'

ener&y returns to do the si&nalin&' %ain returns and in#ammation takes %lace. Our"rain is a central control %anel that switches electrical circuits and mani%ulates the

6 DefenseK (f we &et in+ured or attacked "y disease the "rain redirects ener&y toraise white "lood cells and arms them with electrical current so they canelectrocute the intruder. 7 >orkK >hen we are workin&' the "rain knows that we are &atherin& the

8 Di&estionK As soon as we sto% workin& and sit down we start feelin&
