With the biggest number of EPs that being handled directly by na7onal board, we need you to ensure the best experience can be delivered to our EPs.
The purpose of the exchange manager is to convert applicants into approved EPs and ensure that logis7cs, living and job standard are delivered to the EPs.
Measurement: - # approved exchange par0cipants - Applicant: approve - % of EPs with standards delivered - % of EP queries and problems addressed
Ac0vi0es: - Screening applicants, selec0ng and accep0ng successful applicants - Coordina0ng applicant to approve status on EXPA - Providing documents and suppor0ng approved EPs with support in obtaining the social cultural visa for their exchange in accordance to the standard opera0ng procedure - Upda0ng and educa0ng EPs with all pre-arrival, during exchange and pre-departure informa0on required. - Tracking implementa0on of job and learning and experience standards - Upda0ng applicant and EP status on EXPA according to the customer flow and standard opera0ng procedure. - Addressing applicant and EP enquiries and concerns

Maluku ProjectWhen we see our reach in Indonesia, we see that the eastern part of Indonesia is not being reached yet by us. Yet, those area need us the most to develop their youths to become future leaders that will bring the change
in eastern part of Indonesia. Maluku project is a long term project, aiming to develop the community and increase the welfare.
While at the same 7me, we also engage local volunteers from University in Maluku to work together with the EPs and AIESEC to bring the change in Maluku.
You need to be in the village of West Seram for 8 weeks during the project realisa0on. Project Realisa0on : January - February
Job Descrip0on : - Standard and Sa0sfac0on Delivery and Execu0on for Project - Lead the local volunteers in Project - Manage the EPs team in the project - Bridge the communica0on to all stakeholders (CKA, EPs and Community)
Skill Needed : - Communica0on Skill - Project Management - Emo0onal Intelligence - Strong leadership

Ac0vi0es and Job Descrip0on: - Design a LEAD framework that allows all na0onal project exchange par0cipants to receive EP LEAD irrespec0ve of internet connec0on and geographical challenges - Train project coordinators on how to execute aspects of EP LEAD - Deliver physical LEAD spaces for EPs and Local Volunteers in Maluku - Track EP and Local Volunteer progress towards personal development goals.
