REVISED CORRIGENDUM TO NOTICE OF 27TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

This is in reference to notice dated l'tSeptember, 2020 convening 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM)

of the shareholders of the Company to be held at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, 29th September, 2020 through

two-way Video Conferencing ('VC') facility or other audio visual means ('OAVM') for seeking approval of

the members for the businesses as mentioned in the said notice.

Stakeholders are advised to take note of the following changes/modifications in the Notice through this

revised corrigendum:

1) In the explanatory statement to Item No. 3, in the point 5 under the heading "Intention of

Promoters / Directors / Key Managerial Personnel to subscribe to the preferential issue" names

of Promoters/ Directors shall be read as AMIN ARCHANA KANDARP and AMIN ARCHIT

KANDARP and that name of the person belonging to Promoter Group shall be read as AMIN

SUCHIT KANDARP, SHIMOLI AMIN and MANINI AMIN.

2) In the last paragraph of the Explanatory statement to Item No. 3, the names of the Directors

shall be read as AMIN ARCHANA KANDARP and AMIN ARCHIT KANDARP.

By virtue of this revised corrigendum there is no change in securities offered, the identity of proposed

allottees and other terms of the security offered.

This revised corrigendum should be read in continuation of and in conjunction with notice of AGM as

sent earlier to you along with corrigendum dated 10th September, 2020. The approval of the members at

AGM is sought for Item no. 3 (Special Business) as altered by this corrigendum.

As per the circular, fororders pertaining to equityand equity related instru-ments, asset managementcompanies (AMC) shall usean automated Order Man-agement System (OMS),wherein the orders for eq-uity and equity related in-struments of each schemeshall be placed by the fundmanager of the respectiveschemes.

In case a fund manageris managing multipleschemes, the fund managershall necessarily placescheme wise order, it said.

“All regulatory limits andallocation limits as specifiedin SID shall be in-built in theOMS to ensure that orders inbreach of such limits are notaccepted by the OMS,” saidthe circular released onThursday evening.

Further, SEBI also saidthat in respect of purchaseof units of mutual fundschemes, except liquid andovernight schemes, closingNAV of the day shall be ap-plicable on which the fundsare available for utilisationirrespective of the size andtime of receipt of such ap-

plication.The existing provision

on NAV applicability for liq-uid and overnight funds andcut-off timings for allschemes shall remain un-changed, it added.

The circular would comeinto effect from January 1,2021.

Despite crude on rebound,sharp cuts in fuel prices in India

New Delhi, Petrol and prices in the country have fallen sharply again

even though global oil prices rebounded and rose over $43a barrel marking its fifth consecutive day of rise. On Friday,the pump prices of petrol and diesel fell by 26 and 35 paisaper litre, respectively in the national capital making it one ofthe sharpest daily fall in last five months. Accordingly, petrolis now at Rs 81.14 a litre and diesel Rs 72.02 a litre in Delhi. Inthe last two days of price cuts, petrol has become cheaperby 41 paisa per litre while diesel 54 paisa per litre. This isfourth fall in petrol prices and eighth reduction in dieselprices this month. Prior to this month while petrol prices hadrisen, diesel prices remained steady or fell on few days. Ac-cording to Indian Oil Corporation website, petrol prices havenow reduced to Rs 81.14, Rs 82.67, Rs 87.82 and Rs 84.21 alitre in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai, respectively. Simi-larly the price of diesel in these metros in the same orderstands at Rs 72.02, Rs 75.52, Rs 78.48 and Rs 77.40 per litre,respectively. Friday’s price cuts has been in the range of 23-26 paisa in the case of petrol and 33-37 paisa in the case ofdiesel. The latest changes in retail prices of auto fuel is in linewith global price movement of the product in precedingweeks when prices had softened. But crude prices have risenin the last five days with benchmark Brent crude hoveringover $43 a barrel for November delivery on Inter ContinentalExchange. Even US crude WTI has shot over $41 barrel mark.

search has revised its out-look on the banking sectorto ‘negative’ from ‘stable’ for2HFY21.

The ratings agency Ind-Ra said this revision wasdone in view of an expectedspike in stressed assets,higher credit costs, weakerearnings on account of in-terest reversals and lowerfee income, and mutedgrowth prospects.

Even the capital buffersfor most public sector banks(PSBs) remain modest, itsaid.

As per Ind-Ra’s bear case,

Also, pre-Covid prof-itability expectations forFY21 would be belied andmost banks are likely to re-port net losses,” the agencysaid in a statement.

continue to build-up theirprovision cover in FY22 forrestructured assets as someof the restructured assetscould turn NPA in FY23.PSBs’ could require INR350billion-550 billion in 2HFY21 for Tier-1 ratio of 10 percent. Covid-19 or contin-gent provisions are muchlower than that for privatebanks.”

According to the state-ment, Ind-Ra has main-tained a ‘stable’ outlook forprivate banks, as they arebetter placed to withstandthe challenges presentedby the pandemic.

“Most large banks have

strengthened their capitalbuffers, built contingentprovisions, and have beenproactive in managing theloan portfolio. While thesystem’s credit growthcould remain anaemic, andshort-term financial perfor-mance could deterioratemodestly, large banks maybenefit from credit migra-tion,” the statement said.

“As opportunities arise,these banks are in a positionto gain substantial franchisegrowth in the medium term,given that they have alsoadded to their capital buff-ers over the past fewmonths.”

Friday morning with the BSE Sensex trading just 65points higher.During the initial trade it surged asmuch as 220 points to touch an intra-day high of39,200.42 points.A mixed trend in the Asian marketsreflected on the Indian indices.

Around 10.26 a.m., it was trading at 39,044.88,higher by 65.03 points or 0.17 per cent from the pre-vious close of 38,979.85.It opened at 39,200.42 andhas recorded an intra-day low of 39,017.88 points.

The Nifty50 on the National Stock Exchange wastrading at 11,552.30, higher by 36.20 points or 0.31per cent from its previous close.

Mumbai NCB raids 4 drug peddlers,recovers 1.418 kg narcotics

in Mumbai, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has de-tained four drug peddlers as part of its investigationsinto the drugs angle in the death of Bollywood actorSushant Singh Rajput, an official said here on Friday.

Carrying out raids in Mumbai’s Powai and Andherisuburbs, besides Thane, the NCB has recovered a to-tal quantity of 1.418 kg of contrabands like Charasand Ganja.

Following a statement by one drug supplier,Ankush Arneja, who was arrested on September 13,the NCB raided the home of one Rahil Rafat Vishraalias Sam, who supplied Charas to him (Arneja).

“We have recovered 928 gm Charas and Rs4,36,000 cash from Vishra’s home late on Thursday,”said a NCB official.

Again based on Arneja’s statement of anotherdrug peddler Rohan Talwar, the NCB raised the latter’shome to recover 10 gm Ganja.

Talwar’s interrogation led the NCB to another per-son named Nogthoung from whom 370 gm Ganjawas found, said the NCB.

Nogthoung revealed the name of his associateVishal Salve who was also caught and the NCB recov-ered 110 gm Ganja from him. All have been detainedand further investigations are in progress as the NCBattempts to unravel the alleged nexus of Bollywoodwith the drugs mafia and its possible links withSushant’s death. In its actions last weekend, the NCBhad arrested six drug peddlers or suppliers, plus onefrom Goa as more raids are likely over the next fewdays.
