Item # 1

Common Gaskets: To simplify inventory requirements, we are obsoleting the W020-

0043 gasket kit traditionally used to replace the door gaskets for our EPA stoves and

inserts. The W020-0044 traditionally used to replace the NZ26 door gasket kit will now

be used to replace both door gaskets. Watch for similar continuous improvements as

we review the potential commonality of other replacement parts.

TimberWolf 2100/2200 Ceiling Clearances: Ceiling clearances identified in the

installation instructions for these models, listed both 6’ and 7’ ceiling clearance

requirements. The instructions have been updated and the correct minimum clearance

measured from the base of the stove to the ceiling is 6’.

Item # 3

HDF Frame Kits Trimmed Up: In response to feedback from our customers we have modified the

Brown and Diamond Dust four sided frame kits offered for our HD35/HD40/HD46 series of gas

fireplaces. Originally the different coloured mounting tabs were obvious against the flat black

finish of the outer shell where they were secured. To cover the tabs, four 1 1/2” x 1 3/8”

rectangular black washers (W080-1236) have been added to the frame kit baggie manual. These

washers are to be installed overtop the different coloured mounting tabs.

Service Gaskets: Many of our new Clean Face and HD Gas Fireplace designs no longer employ

the louvred look, and consequently components such as blowers, gas valves, and thermocouples

no longer were easily accessed. As a result, access doors were created inside the fireboxes along

with gaskets to seal them. However, overtime the heat inside the firebox will deteriorate the

gasket material so that it cannot be reused once it has been removed. Before you service one of

these model gas fireplaces, prepare yourself by ordering the relative gaskets. Failure to replace

one of these gaskets may result in you having to return and service

the fireplace again.
