The CCK Chi-hai Cultural Park in Taipei will be the first presidential memorial library and museum complex in the Far East. The project commemorates the life and legacy of Chiang Ching-Kuo, former president of the Republic of China (Taiwan) who is considered by many around the world as the founder of the first Chinese democracy. When completed, the library and museum will house and display the world’s largest collection of literature and relics relating to the achievements of Chiang Ching-Kuo, establishing a public platform for international scholarly sinology research and exchange.
The design are inspired by the former president’s life experiences, philosophies and travels throughout China, Soviet Russia, Europe and Taiwan and incorporate traditional Chinese philosophies and Taiwanese local traditions.
The 40,000 m2 project comprises a number of buildings including the research-orientated Presidential Library, Special Archive, International Sinology Centre, Presidential Museum, a multi-function hall, International Exchange Guest house and Visitor Centre. The total floor area will be 14,000 sq metres.

The design aesthetic for this project is marked by clean, simple, sophisticated lines. Our main emphasis is the use of natural lighting within a socially conscious space in order to create a unique holistic environment. Different spaces offer varied standards of aesthetic qualities, therefore each room should cater a unique design while harmonising with the rest of the fl oor.
Accommodation facilities including reception, living room, meeting room,lounge,sauna,gymnasium,confrence room as well as utility rooms.

Maansbay is an high end residential development that is strategically located in a prestigious, commercial and residential district of Ikoyi, Nigeria. Overlooking a waterway that divides the island from the mainland city of Lagos, the development comprises of four floors three of which are made up of residential apartments. The entirety of the ground floor accommodates a dining lounge and bar that will cater to its residents and visiting executives. Additionally, the lounge gives professional support for business needs providing meeting rooms, conference / presentation equipment, library, in-house technical assistance, and concierge services.Reusing the skeleton of the structure the design is able to take advantage of the fundamentals of the existing structure while still creating optimising views of the surrounding area.

Project Kerria – Masterplan Proposed Traffic Network
The city of Diamniado is located in the department of Rufisque, a subdivision of the Dakar region in Senegal West Africa. Dakar is located in the western region of Senegal the ‘Cap-Vert peninsula’ and most western part of the continent of Africa. Its location means an advantageous departure point for trans-Atlantic and European trade; this fact aided its growth into a major regional port. Its location nationally and internationally means that its future development will position Dakar as a Business and Cultural hub for West Africa.Project Kerria will play a key role in positioning the Greater Dakar area as major hub in West Africa. The objectives for this master plan are to fully explore and realise the designs for a strategic mixed-use master plan with an overall site area of 400 hectares, which reflects the Clients’ desire to place the development as “best in class”. The master plan demonstrates the quality of its public spaces, both hard and soft landscaping and their relationship with the potential sub-development buildings, while retaining a degree of flexibility to enable the development to be built out over time.

Xi’an, home of several UNESCO Heritage Sites including the world-famous terracotta warriors, is considered the historical and cultural capital of China. It was the capital for 13 Chinese imperial dynasties, including the most powerful ones such as the Qin, Han, and Tang Dynasties, and was the world’s first city to reach a population of one million in the 7th Century. It was the most important and influential city along the ancient Silk Road and Daming Palace, the imperial palace of the Tang Dynasty (618 – 907 AD), was the political and cultural centre of Silk Road cultures at its peak. With its 3.11 km2 area, it is the biggest known imperial palace complex in the world.
In the design proposal, the core area of the project, which will be the first phase to be developed, is an area of approximately 580,000m2. It has a mixture of developments including culture-themed retail, galleries, class-A corporate offices, creative offices and live-work studios, two five-star hotels, apartments and large public outdoor spaces. A 12,000m2 Silk Road Museum is proposed, part of which falls in the Daming Palace Heritage Park. The museum will form a centre and platform for cultural exchange across Eurasian continents, along with an adjacent area where bi-annual global expo events showcasing cultures and art will be held.The winning scheme adopts an approach of maximising urban green space and verticalising public realms into layers. Its architectural solution ties Daming Palace Heritage Park, Dahua Wool Spinning Factory, and the surrounding areas together.
