Zlatibor Zlatibor je najposećenije turističko mesto u Srbiji. Nalazi se u zapadnom delu Srbije, na magistralnom putu E760 Beograd - Crnogorsko primorje. Udaljen je 230 km od Beograda, 300 km od Jadranskog mora i 200 km od Sarajeva.

Temperaturne razlike su minimalne, a ima više od 2.000 sunčanih sati godišnje i oko 100 snežnih dana pogodnih za uživanje na snegu i zimske sportove. Prosečna godišnja temperatura je 7,5 stepeni Celzijusa, a prosečna temperatura u toku dana je 18 stepeni. Nadmorska visina naseljenog mesta Zlati-bor je oko 1.000 metara. Ispresecan je brojnim rečicama, potocima i vododerinama.

Klima Zlatibora je povoljna za lečenje bronhijalne astme i drugih bolesti disajnih organa, alergijskih oboljenja, malokrvnosti, poremećaja štitne žlezde... Zbog tako povoljne klime ova planina ima i veo-ma bujnu vegetaciju. Najbrojnije su livade na kojima raste 120 vrsta raznovrsnih lekovitih trava.

Bez obzira što nije tipična skijaška planina, Zlatibor poseduje više skijaških staza različitih profila: Tornik, Zmajevac, Čigota, Ribnica... U centralnom delu Zlatibora, na prostoru Tić polje, Vranjevina i Spomenik nalaze se registrovane staze za smučarsko trčanje i biatlon, koje su među najlepšima u Ev-ropi zbog preglednosti i konfiguracije terena.

Mountain Zlatibor is the most frequently visited tourist resort in Serbia. It is located in the western part of Serbia, on highway E760 Belgrade - Montenegrin coast. It is situated at the distance of 230 km from Belgrade, 300 km from the Adriatic Sea and 200 km from Sarajevo.

Temperature differences are minimal; there are more than 2,000 hours of sunshine per year and over 100 snowy days suitable for enjoying the snow and winter sports. The average annual tem-perature is 7.5 degrees Celsius and the average temperature during the day is around 18 degrees. Altitude of the populated area of Zlatibor is about 1,000 meters. It is intersected by numerous rivers, streams and gullies.

Climate of Zlatibor is favorable for the treatment of asthma and other bronchial respiratory problems, allergic diseases, anemia, thyroid gland disorders ... With such a favorable climate this area has a very rich vegetation. The largest area is covered by meadows where over 120 species of various herbs grow.

Regardless of the fact that Zlatibor is not a typical mountain for skiing, it has many skiing slopes of different profiles: Tornik Zmajevac, Čigota, Ribnica ... In the central part of Zlatibor, in the area of Tić field, Vranjevina and Monument there are registered paths for ski-running and biathlon, which are among the most beautiful in Europe because of the clarity and configuration of the terrain.

19. i početka 20. veka i prikazuje život tadašnje seoske porodice. Na pet hektara prostora smešteno je 47 objekata koji čuvaju kulturno nasleđe srpskog planinskog sela. Oko 2 000 eksponata izloženih u etno selu, prodavnica suvenira sa krčmom ostavljaju nezaboravan utisak i stvaraju divne uspomene koje posetioci nose sa sobom iz Sirogojna.

Stopića pećina, kanjon reke Uvac i Uvačko jezero, beloglavi supovi (najveće stanište u Evropi) čine ovo područje jedinstvenim. Bogatstvo faune predstavlja i pelepi primerci divljih životinja koje stalno nastan-juju Zlatibor ili ga povremeno posećuju: jeleni, srne, medvedi, vukovi, lisice, divlje svinje, zečevi, veverice i druga sitna divljač.

Blizu Zlatibora su i planine Tara, Zlatar, Murtenica, Mokra Gora na kojoj je poznati reditelj Emir Kustu-rica sagradio etno selo Mećavnik u kome se pored ostalog održava i filmski festival Kustendorf.

Jedna od najinteresantnijih železničkih trasa do 1974. godine prolazila je Mokrom Gorom. Njeni ime je Šarganska osmica i predstavlja deo pruge između Užica i Višegrada, odnosno Mokre Gore i Kremne, preko brda Šargan.

Zlatibor is also famous for its open-air museum, old village Sirogojno, which is actually an authentic village from the 19th and early 20th century and it depicts the life of the rural families from that period. 47 build-ings that preserve the cultural heritage of the Serbian mountain village are located on five acres of space. About 2, 000 artifacts exhibited in the ethnic village and the souvenir gift shop with an inn make an unfor-gettable impression and create wonderful memories that visitors carry with them from Sirogojno.

Cave Stopića, canyon of the river Uvac and Uvac Lake, griffon vulture (the largest habitat of griffon vulture in Europe) make this area unique. Wealthy fauna consists of the most beautiful specimens of wild animals that inhabit Zlatibor permanently or visit it occasionally, such as: deer, roe deer, bears, wolves, foxes, wild boars, rabbits, squirrels and other small wildlife animals.

There are also other mountains near Zlatibor such as Tara, Zlatar, Murtenica and Mokra Gora where the famous film director Emir Kusturica’s ethno village Mećavnik was built, in which, among other things, Kus-tendorf Film Festival is held.

One of the most interesting railways was going through Mokra Gora until the year 1974. Its name is Sargan Eight and it represents the part of railway between Uzice and Visegrad, namely between Mokra Gora and Kremani, over the hill Sargan.

Centar za zdrav život „Hemel resort“, predstavlja krunu dosadašnjeg poslovanja i razvoja Hemel sis-tema i veliki potencijal za osvajanje svetskog tržišta. Sastoji se od hotela (pet zvezdica, jedini na Zlati-boru), kompleksa apartmana i etno sela sa luksuznim, masivnim drvenim kućama. Ceo kompleks je i prvi centar za mršavljenje i detoksikaciju sa pet zvezdica u Evropi. Nalazi se na površini od preko 3 ha, u prelepom delu Zlatibora, na oko 1000 metara (ulaz u Hotel je na 1001 metar) nadmorske visine. Kao prirodna oaza, centar je okružen šumom, odakle se pruža blistavi pogled na dva najviša zlatiborska vrha, Tornik i Čigotu.

Na samoj lokaciji se nalazi izvor planinske vode izuzetnog kvaliteta. Voda sadrži 140 mg suvog os-tatka (optimalno je od 120 do 180 mg), visok nivo kalcijuma i magnezijuma u idealnom odnosu 2:1, malo natrijuma što je svrstava u najlekovitije vode. Bogata je kiseonikom, a njena PH vrednost je 8,2 (blago-bazna reakcija ima blagotvorno dejstvo na organizam, posebno na bubrege i organe za var-enje). Ima je dovoljno za grejanje korišćenjem geotermalne energije, vodosnabdevanje kompleksa, flaširanje ...

Center for Healthy Life “Hemel resort” is the culmination of past business operations and development of Hemel systems and it has a great potential to win the world market. It consists of a hotel (five-star hotel, the only one in Zlatibor), complex of apartments and ethno village with luxury, massive wooden houses. The entire complex is the first center for weight loss and detoxification with five stars in Europe. It is located on an area of over 3 acres, in a beautiful part of Zlatibor, at about 1,000 meters (entrance to the hotel is at 1,001 meters) above sea level. As a natural oasis, the center is surrounded by trees, offering a brilliant view of the two highest Zlatibor tops- Tornik and Čigota.

At the very location of the site there is a spring of high quality mountain water. This water contains 140 mg of dry residue (optimal amount is 120 to 180 mg), high levels of calcium and magnesium in the ideal 2:1 ratio, low amount of sodium which makes this water one of the most curative ones. It is rich in oxygen, and its pH value is 8.2 (slightly-base reaction has a beneficial effect on the body, espe-cially on kidneys and digestive system). There is enough of this water for heating by using geothermal energy, for water supply of the complex, bottling ...

Osnovna misija Hemel Centra za zdrav život je edukacija iz oblasti zdrave ishrane i jednostavne primene zdravog načina života, kao i uticaj na spoznaju svih blagodeti koje se dobijaju malim, ali suštinskim promenama stečenih navika. U tu svrhu su angažovani eminentni domaći i strani stručnjaci iz različitih oblasti (medicina, ishrana, kozmetika, fitness ...).

Kompleks „Hemel Resort” obiluje raznim unutrašnjim i spoljašnjim sadržajima. Apartmani i luksuzne drvene kuće namenjeni prodaji su takođe u funkciji centra. Nalaze se u zaseb-nim objektima raspoređenim oko hotela. Ukoliko žele, nakon kupovine, budući vlasnici apartma-na i kuća, mogu da ih izdaju preko hotelske službe tokom čitave godine, kontinuirano, bez svog angažovanja. Naime, hotel raspolaže sa samo 40 ležajeva, a kapacitet pratećih sadržaja kompleksa je 370 osoba dnevno, tako da se razlika popunjava iznajmljivanjem prodatih apartmana i drvenih kuća. Na taj način vlasnici kupljenih nekretnina ostvaruju odličan prihod u odnosu na uložena sred-stva, što ove nekretnine svrstava u ubedljivo najprofitabilnije u Srbiji.

Vlasnici apartmana dobijaju besplatno na korišćenje i 40-ak m2 infrastrukturno rešenog prostora (parking mesto, sopstveno spoljno prilazno stepenište, pripadajući deo dvorišta, baštu ispred apart-mana), a vlasnici drvenih kuća i dvorište u površini dva puta većoj od kvadrature kuće. Apartments and luxury wooden houses that are intended for sale are also in the function of the center. They are located in separate buildings arranged around the hotel. After purchasing, the new owners can rent their apartments, if they want, through the hotel services throughout the year with-out the personal involvement. Namely, the hotel has only 40 beds and the capacity of the supporting facilities of the complex is 370 people per day, so the gap shall be filled by renting apartments and wooden houses that are sold. In this way, the owners of the purchased property achieve excellent in-come compared to their investment, which makes this property by far the most profitable in Serbia.

The owners are given to use for free 40 m2 of space of the given infrastructure (parking place, pri-vate external access staircase, the corresponding part of the yard, the garden in front of the house), and the owners of the wooden houses can also use the garden in the area two times of the square footage of the house. They also get free use of the hotel facilities (swimming pool, gym, fitness ...).

Wooden houses are made from Siberian cedar, polar pine and larch-tree. These are materials that ensure long-lasting durability of houses where staying is extremely healthy and comfortable.
