COMPANY INTRODUCTION

BACKGROUND Sibgem Management Consulting Engineerswas formed in 2007 and formalized in 2008. It’s founding member Mr. Dumisani Ndabenhle Sibiya identified an opportunity in the Engineering Consulting industry in KZN as it falls within the construction industry which was the biggest growing sector in South Africa, and there were limited number of small black owned multi disciplinary consulting companies in the region.

Sibgem Management Consulting Engineersis in the process of acquiring shares to black youth females and to adopt an affirmative action policy by the year end 2011. We are planning on allocating 20% shares to females in top management and 5% to disabled individuals by year end 2014.
