Deadline was extended this year to allow HEIs to
correctly report including projected mobility;
Interim reports were downloaded from the MT+ 22nd
April;
Statements sent to HEIs 10th May;

HE KA103 overview Second allocation 2015
Grant agreement templates have been received by the
NA – contracts are being finalised;
One change to the Beneficiary Grant Agreement.
NA expect to issue GA’s for 107 and 103 this month.

The EC have issued the following documentation:
Grant Agreements (student and staff) and Annexes.
Student Charter.
Inter-institutional agreements.
Participant Documentation
Licences issued 2nd May;
The number of licences issued to each institution
equates the number of student mobilities requested.

Deadline for interim report Round 1 24 month contract
31st May 2016.
Deadline for interim report Round 2 16 month contract
30th September 2016.
2nd round approved this week by the commission –
timing and applicable envelopes to be advised via our
usual communication channels.
60 applications received - highly competitive process;
All applications have been eligibility checked and are
with our team of assessors;
Each project will be assessed by two experts with scores
being consolidated;
NEC will meet 27th June to agree the successful and
reserve lists;
Aim to communicate results middle of July.

HE Comms Update.
• Online survey in November 2015 identified some areas
we wanted to explore further
• In March, our insight team held in-depth telephone
interviews with 9 Coordinators on these topics:
ICM and barriers to applications
Use of Erasmus Tempus Talk
Your input into coordinator workshops
Feedback on the operational handbook
Webinar topics and timings
Website, and your use of it for promotion
Document of recommendations created for the NA to
take forward.
HE communications insight
Selected recommendations include:
• ICM: more sharing of best practice and development of
promotional powerpoint for HEIs
• ETT: set up of working group to review current comms
and discussion forum
• Coordinator workshops: request for compliance
presence and more space for best practice sharing
• Handbook: early delivery / split by KA / summary of
what’s new or changed
• Webinars: more promotion and messaging on pre-record
and live webinars / more topics for webinars
• Website: more prominence for case studies / info for
HEIs own promotion / split by HEIs and participants
HE insight recommendations
• The European Higher Education Area (EHEA) launched
in 2010, as part of the Bologna Process
• British Council developed a project with a team of UK
EHEA experts for implementation of EHEA reforms
• Project is three sets of regional workshops, each on an
aspect of the EHEA, relating to three priorities of the
Bucharest Communique: • Series I - Developing Successful Joint Master and Doctoral Programmes
• Series II - Promoting employability through mobility programmes for HEIs
• Series III - Erasmus+ Strategic Partnerships and Capacity Building projects
and innovative student-centred learning
