MyChart Video VisitsFor your Video Visit, you can use the MyChart app or your computer. It’s up to you. Here are instructions for each.Follow these steps to use the MyChart Mobile App

• Download Zoom Cloud Meetings FromGoogle Play or the App Store.

• Login into your MyChart account with yourusername and password.

• Select Appointments. Click on your VideoVisit appointment time.

• Click Begin Visit. When prompted, grantMyChart access to your camera andmicrophone.

• Select Call Using Internet Audio.

• Your visit will begin once the provider joins.

Follow these steps to use your computer

• Go to MyChart.Renown.org and login withyour username and password.

• Select Appointments. Click Details for yourVideo Visit.

• From the appointment details screen andclick Begin Visit.

• When prompted, click Run and open theURL Zoom Launcher.

• Your visit will begin once the provider joins.
