1. Log in to your Sentara MyChart account and choose Lucy from the My Medical Record top tab.

2. Complete your registration for Lucy and MyChartCentral

3. From the Epic MyChart Central Welcome screen select Create a New Account, review the terms and

conditions, and select Next

4. Edit the About You information if needed.

5. Create a user name and password that can be used to access your account. You can use your Sentara

MyHealth MyChart log in information.This is not always the case-some users are having to create

another one.

6. Choose your Security Questions and review your New Account : Confirmation screen. Then select

Finish.

7. Check your email and click the link to finalize the activation of your account.

8. Log in to your new Epic MyChart Central account.

9. To link your Sentara MyChart to MyChart Central\Lucy, please log in with your Sentara MyChart Login

ID and password and then click Link This Chart.

Read the prompts, and decide to share or not share your documents with other providers

and then click Done.

10. To upload documents from other healthcare organizations select the Lucy icon or select Lucy from

the top right corner of your screen.

11. Select Add a Document From My Computer located at the bottom of your screen

12. Select Browse to choose the document from your computer that you would like to add, select next,

and you will then see your information has been added on your screen.

13. Your new information will be listed under the section labeled My Medical Documents.

14. When you are ready to go back to Sentara MyChart, Select MyChartCentral and then click the Sentara

Icon. Do not use the back button.
