Animals and their habitats
• By Joaco P
Lion
African Lions have not habitat preference so they can be encountered anywhere, except in forests.
African lion habitats include:
-open plains,-woodlands,-thick bush,-semi desert
Polar bears
You will find that the natural habitat for the Polar Bear is in the very cold areas of the world. They live in the Arctic region where the temperatures are low, the water is cold, and they are able to move around on thick sheets of ice. They survive in very isolated and remote locations
Whale
Whales live only in water, and tend to stay where it is warmer. This is why you will find them along the coasts during the winter months. They migrate to other regions so they can keep their body temperatures high enough.
Condor
The Andean condor which inhabits the Andean mountains.
The California condor currently restricted to the western coastal mountains of the United States and Mexico and the northern desert mountains of Arizona in the United States.
Thank you!!!
