NEWARK IS A SPECIAL PLACE Newark has a lot of history so there are

many great locations. The three famous location in Newark is the Cathedral, Branch Brook Park, and of course Prudential Center, and NJPAC.

FAMOUS CATHEDRAL Newark Cathedral is considered to be one of the biggest Cathedral in the states. It is

considered to be a National Historic Site, because of its beautiful designs. When the Pope John Paul III came to the Cathedral in 1985 he said "This magnificent building stands in the heart of Newark as a powerful reminder of God's steadfast love for his People and as a sign of faith in Christ, our 'hope of glory.'"

BRANCH BROOK PARK

Another great place in Newark is Branch Brook Park. At 360 acres Branch Brook Park is the largest public park in the city of Newark. It is a great place for friends and family. It has the Cherry Blossom Festival every spring. It has plenty of soccer, baseball, and football fields. Branch Brook Parch has a skating ring, and finally you can come fishing in the lake.
