Piadina romagnola is an unleavened type of bread boasting very ancient origins. Originally, it was cooked on a stone which has now been replaced by the iron frying pan. Piadina is the symbol of our regional gastronomy and should be eaten like a sandwich filled with local cold cuts & cheese such as Parma Ham or squacquerone.
