PAST COMPETITIONS
During my life I have competed in some sports disciplines for example
s!imming tennis and football.
I remember my first sporting e"ent !hen I hadten years old. I competed insmall local tournaments of football. #hen I decidedto begin to play tennis
and also competing.
I stopped to play the first sport due to I li$e tennis so much. From my point
of "ie! it is funnier than football.
%!imming is great too although only I could practice in summer.
%ometimes I wonor I wentfar and I !as so happy sometimes I lostand this
washard.
Finally I learnedthat most important of sport is en&oy and ha"ing a good
time.

No!adays I am trainin#other sports li$e running or paddle. I am pla$in#
these sports because they are so popular recently.
#o impro"e my s$ills I readabout specific exercises. Internet contains a lot
of information and is "ery useful for this purpose. 'esides there are some
apps that help us diary my fa"orite app is called ndomondo* and it sa"es
data of my daily !or$out such as distance and calories.
+sually I trainthree or four times a !ee$ during ,- minutes to run and t!o
times during an hour and a half approximately !hen I play paddle.
I needto do exercise if I wantbe healthy and relaxed. I hate to be a day
!ithout do anything I dont li$e that sensation.

It is needed ta$e a balanced diet if !e !ant to obtain good results. /
balanced diet is so important in a healthy life as to do exercise. 0e m&st
eat all $ind of food fresh "egetables fruit cereals meat and fish. 0e alsocaneat some candies and chocolates t!o times a !ee$ is !ell.
'esides I try dont drin$ alcohol because it is harmful and next day I cant
train due to I ha"e hango"er.
'y the other hand I stopped smo$ing to reach my sport goals. I feel so
better. In this !ay I ha"e impro"ed my physical condition and no! I can
run during more time.
Finally it is mandatory to ha"e a sporting attitude. #his is the mostimportant rule.
NE'T CHALLEN"ES
0hen summer arri"es I #oin# to pla$a paddle tournament !ith my best
friend. 0e hope !in it and for this reason !e are training so much.
Moreo"er the hardest challenge that I !ish is finish a sprint triathlon. #hesporting e"ent consisting of 1,-m s!im 22$ bi$e and ,$ run and it is
needed to finish at 2 hours.
I !ould li$e reach this goal. I $no! that it is "ery difficult to me but someday
I will (eready and I !ill cross.
