This first week of my dream trip, I traveled to the

great country of China . It was be a long trip but

worth it! While in China, I stopped at the Great

Wall of China, Hong Kong and Shang Hai. The

Great Wall was stunning. After surveying the

breathtaking landscape from below, I climbed the

wall. Following the lengthy and wearisome trek, I

arrived at the top. I took in the magnificent sight

and then I was off to the next cite, Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is an amazing city and I had the

pleasure to visit the Kowloon Walled City during

my time there. This is an old Chinese Military Fort.

Next in Hong Kong, I went to the Ten Thousand

Buddhas Monastery. This cite, sadly enough isn't

really a monastery and there are no monks.

After my tour of Hong Kong, I then wentto the city of Shang Hai.

My first place I visited was the ShangHaiTower. The skyscraper has 128 floors! Iwas quite an elevator ride.

Afterwards, I journeyed to the YuGarden.

This was a spectacular garden riddledwith ancient Chinese History.

Overall, my stop at China was amazingbut this was just the beginning of myamazing ride.

The next week of my journey I went tothe famous boot-shaped country of

Italy! In Italy, I traveled to thefantastic countries of Venice, Romeand Florence. My first stop was thecity of Venice. Venice is a citycompletely built on water. As a part ofmy trip, I took a ride on the gondolaalong the Grand Canal. This is one of

the major canals for water traffic.Then I went to Saint Mark's Basilica .This is the most famous of the city'schurches and a great example ofarchitecture by the Byzantines.

I then took a train ride to Florence,Italy. Florence is home to manyfamous attractions. These include theFlorence Cathedral, also know as theDuomo, the Uffizi gallery and thePalazzoVecchio. Each of these placeswas incredibly beautiful.

My final stop in Italy is the capital,Rome!

While in Rome, I visited the RomanColosseum. This is an old amphitheater

from earlier days in Rome.

Then, I went to the Pantheon, a temple inhonor of all the ancient Roman gods.

To wrap up my visit, I traveled to St.Peter's Basilica. This was a church thatwas built in the Renaissance and resideswithin Vatican City.

Italy was a fantastic stop on my trip, but Iwas only halfway done!

Australia and New Zealand

My next country I went down

under to Australia and NewZealand. My first stop is inAustralia in the city Sydney.Sydney has many great features.These include the famous SydneyOpera House. Here I watched abeautiful opera. I then got to goup in the Sydney Tower.

After some time in the city, I wentout to the country. After a longdrive, I arrived at Ayers Rock. Thisis a historically famous rock thatwas important to the Aboriginalpeople.

Then I moved on to my next site,Dunedin.

I spent the first day lounging at

the Tunnel Beach.

Then I looked around theDunedin Railway Station andtook a train to go to the Dunedin

Botanic Gardens.

After a great trip to Australia andNew Zealand, I only had onestop left, Brazil.

The first place I decided to visitwas the city of Rio de J aneiro inBrazil. While in Rio, I wasable to be apart of the famousRio Carnival. This is considered

the biggest carnival in the world!There were many bright colorsand festivities.

Next, I went to Forte Coimbra.

Although this is an old militaryfort, the architecture and designis still absolutely beautiful.

For my final stop in Brazil, Iwent to Foz de I guacu. This isa nice little city.

While visiting here, I had the

pleasure to see their magnificentzoo with a plethora of exoticanimals and creatures.

Sadly, this month of paradise,

my dream trip had come to anend.

I t was a once in a lifetimeexperience that I will neverforget!
