That is my new place, where I and my family live now. I really love it. I think it’s the most beautiful neighborhood in the city. We live in the city centre. It is the oldest part of the city, but I think the prettiest and the quietest. There are a lot of shops and nice cafes around here and the citizens of our neighborhood don’t have to go far away to buy something they need.Not far from my house there is a big old castle with a big Clock Tower just like Big Ben in London. Many visitors from all over the city come here every day.There is also a post office right next to the bank. Opposite the bank there’s also a newsagent’s and a bus stop. Behind it there is a library and the chemist’s.

The streets in our city are narrow, but very cosy and nice. We like walking along them and visiting our favourite café. It is not very big, but we can have the tastiest cakes with chocolate cream here. There are a lot of visitors there, especially in spring and summer: there are a lot of bright flowers around here and nice tables with chairs stand right on the street next to the café.

The house we live is beautiful and quite big. This is a fully-furnished cottage not far from the city centre. There is a big garden in front of the house and behind it is t he garage with space for two our cars. The cottage has got two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen ,a large living room and a dinning room. On the firs floor there are two bathrooms, my parents bedroom and my bedroom.All the rooms are very light because the windows in them are large and wide.

Our living room is fantastic. It has got a big sofa, two big cosy armchairs and in front of them is a lovely fireplace, where our family like to spend evenings watching TV or talking about Interesting things.On the walls there are a lot of beautiful pictures.A big soft carpet on the floor is our pride: it is antique, but looks like a new one, although we play on it different funny games.Above the sofa there is a splendid lamp. We like to switch it on when we receive guests.

The kitchen is modern with a lot of fitted cupboards and a sink. Next to it is a fridge and an electric cooker. Our father likes cooking there very much, but sometimes, when any football match is on TV, his dishes are burnt. Then our mother makes something delicious for family dinner.Next to the kitchen there is a nice dinning room where is a large round table with a lot of comfortable chairs. Best of all we like to invite guests there and arrange big meals.

My favourite room is my bedroom. It is opposite my parents’ bedroom. There is a computer on my desk and lots of posters on the walls. I’ve got a big wardrobe next to the window and a bookcase with my student’s books, stamp albums and my favourite novels. In the left corner of my room there is my nice bed with a cosy beside table.Opposite our bedrooms there are two spacious bathrooms with Jacuzzis and lots of shelves for different toilet articles.

That is my new beautiful place, which is really great and I am glad to live here.
