MAKE-UP CHOICES For the make-up on my artist I concealed any blemishes that were obvious as I can always fix the rest on Photoshop if I need or want to. For the eye make-up I decided to do a dark smoky eye but I didn't want it to be extremely black or anything because my genre is Alternative Rock rather than just Rock. So I just used some dark brown shades and a very thin line of eye-liner. For the lips I chose to use a berry like pink/red colour as it wasn't too bold and it gave a nice hint of colour to her face rather than leaving the lips nude. Also this colour would go with all the outfits I chose because it wasn't too bright or bold so it wouldn't clash with anything I chose for her to wear. For finishing touches, I lightly filled her eyebrows in and used a small amount of bronzer/contour to accentuate her cheekbones.

MAKE-UP CHOICES

For the make-up on my artist I concealed any blemishes that were obvious as I can always fix the rest on Photoshop if I need or want to.

OUTFIT 1

The first outfit I took photos of Chloe (my model) in, included black, ripped, skinny jeans which are commonly seen in styles within Alternative Rock and the same goes for this dark blue and red plaid shirt that I chose to put her in. Instead of having a graphic tee under the shirt I decided she would wear just a plain black top instead because otherwise I felt there would’ve been too much going on in the image. This outfit is a typical sort of outfit you would usually see in Alternative Rock and it if quite dark and grungy which is a theme often seen in this genre.

OUTFIT 2

This outfit is very similar to the first one apart from I changed the plaid shirt she was wearing to a dark green and blue one instead. I kept her wearing the ripped jeans because they are a signature item of clothing used in Alternative Rock and go well with the rest of the outfit. In this picture you can see she is wearing black chunky lace-up boots that add to the Alternative Rock style I was going for as they aren’t neat or anything and contribute to the rugged-type style I was going for.

OUTFIT 3

For the third outfit I wanted to change Chloe’s look completely. For this outfit I kept the dark clothes, for example she is wearing a completely black cropped t-shirt and I kept her wearing the black boots because they even out the balance of a skirt being too ‘pretty’ or ‘elegant’ as her style is meant to be grungy and almost dishevelled looking but still looking well put together. The skirt I decided to put her in has a pink floral pattern on top but underneath that there is a red, black and dark blue plaid pattern which is a theme I have kept in everyone outfit I wanted her to wear.
