Standard Features and Capabi l i t iesAll callboxes are certified for use on special FCC License-Free MURS Business Frequencies. Some callboxes can also be programmed to operate on licensed VHF business band radio frequencies, or UHF frequencies if your application requires it.

For simple installation, all callboxes are designed to operate on 6 D cell batteries, or if the callbox must remain on at all times, like an intercom, they can be powered from an optional external power source, including solar power. To make mount-ing the callbox easy, a variety of mounting meth-ods are available.
