Munster Rugby Supporters Club and 10 Year Ticketholder Features and Benefits

You have now received your 2018/19 Munster Rugby season card. This card will allow you access to the games that you have purchased in your season ticket pack. However, there are other ways you can gain access should you not have your season card available to you or if you wish to transfer your ticket to another user. This booklet will outline in detail how to do the following:

• How to print your ticket at home.• How to transfer your ticket to a friend/family member.• How to use a mobile ticket.• How to redeem free junior tickets*• How to transfer your ticket to another game.

Throughout the booklet you will be asked to log in to your account. Ten Year Ticket Holders and Munster Rugby partners can log in to their accounts on munsterrugby.ie, MRSC members can log on to their account via mrsc.ie. Your online account is the gateway to accessing the full range of benefits that come with your Munster Rugby season ticket including availing of International Tickets, ticket lotteries, away European Champions Cup tickets, exclusive events, smart season ticket options (outlined above) and much more.

Printing and Transferring tickets If you are unable to attend a game you can transfer your ticket to a friend/family member via email. Your friend/family member can then print off the e-ticket and attend in your place.

How do I transfer my ticket?Step 1: Enter your account ID/email address and password.

Step 2: Once logged in, scroll down to ‘My Upcoming Events’ where you will see upcoming games. Click on the red ‘Manage This Event’ button to proceed.

Step 3: Options available to you will be listed. You can select the seats that you wish to print at home or email them to a friend.

Please note, printing at home or forwarding to a friend will invalidate the barcode on your season card/mobile barcode on your phone.


Step 4: In the example below, ‘Print at Home’ has been selected. This is indicated by the ‘Print at Home’ option appearing in a grey colour.

Once the preffered ticket has been selected click on the red ‘Print’ button located towards the top right of the screen.

Step 5: A pop up message will appear. Select the check box for ‘Reprinting Tickets’ and then click on the red ‘Continue to Print’ button.

Step 6: To complete the ‘Print at Home’ process, you will need to agree to the terms and conditions of use.

Step 7: Once this has been selected, click on ‘submit’. The tickets will download in a PDF format to your computer. You can then print this PDF or attach to an email to forward to a friend.

Tips for easy downloading and printing of your tickets.

Save the ticket / pdf document to an easy to find location on your computer. Typically, the pdf / ticket is saved to your downloads or documents folder by default.

You can print the pdf / ticket from this location on your computer or alternatively, attach it to an email to send to a family member or friend.

Ensure that the barcode on the pdf / ticket is clear enough for the ticket scanners to read.


Step 1: Log in to your ticket account. Enter your email address and password as shown.

Step 2: Once logged in you are presented with the next game available to you. If you wish to download this barcode, click ‘view’.

Step 3: You can display the ticket as is on your phone or alternatively take a screenshot of it to use on the turnstile.*

*For Apple devices click on ‘Add to Passbook’ to add the barcode to your phone.

Mobile TicketsYour smartphone can also be your season ticket.

A new feature in your Ticket Account allows you to log in and download the barcode from your season ticket. All scanners in Thomond Park and Irish Independent Park have been upgraded to detect barcodes on your phone.

This ticket will allow you access to the stadium. Ensure that the phone brightness is increased to allow the ticket scanners to pick up the barcode.

This ticket / screenshot can also be forwarded to a friend / family member if you are unable to attend.

Transferring of Tickets to Another Game

• Tickets can be moved from any PRO14 game in your pack to any other PRO14 game in your pack (excludes Leinster). You cannot move to a game not already in your season pack.

• Tickets will be moved to the same category of ticket that you are transferring. The closest available ticket to your current seat will be offered.

• If you have already transferred your ticket to someone else, we will not be able to transfer the ticket to another game.

• If you wish to transfer tickets it will need to be completed 48 hours prior to the fixture.

How do I transfer my PRO14 Ticket?

Simply email [email protected]. Include the following details in your email

• Your name. • Account number.• The game that you cannot attend.• The game that you would like to transfer your ticket to.


Step 2: Click the ‘Buy Tickets/Memberships Link’, this will bring you in to the list of events that are on-sale at present.

Redeeming Free of charge Junior Ticketsand Applying Promotional codes.

All Full Members and Ten Year Ticket Holders can bring up to two juniors for FREE to any PRO14 home game (excl. Leinster). Free junior tickets must be redeemed on a match by match basis, at least 48 hours prior to kick off.

Free Junior tickets are unavailable to those who have already purchased a junior season ticket.

How do I redeem my free junior ticket?

Step 1: Log in to your ticket account. Enter your email address and password as shown below.

Please note: Free junior tickets become available on a match per match basis approx.

two weeks before each PRO14 game (excl. Leinster)

Step 3: On the left of the screen you will need to enter the promo code in order to avail of the free junior tickets.

The promo codes for games played at Thomond Park are:

• JNRFREE if you have a terrace season ticket.

• FAM1JFREE if you wish to move your season ticket in the stand* and get 1 free junior ticket.

• FAM2JFREE if you wish to move your season ticket in the stand* and get 2 free junior tickets.

Step 4: Once the promo code is accepted you will see the list of events that are setup for selection for the free Junior Tickets.Click on the red ‘Continue’ button to proceed.

*Once you select the family ticket, your existing ticket will be void for the game.


For games in Thomond Park, once you enter the promo code you will be able to select your seats depending on the promo code you have entered.

Use the interactive map to select the free tickets that you require.

Step 5: Click on ‘Add to Cart’. You are then brought to your cart where you need to select the ‘Delivery Method.’

Step 6: The only option available is e-ticket. Your e-ticket will be available in your account for you to print. You then click on ‘Checkout.’

For games in Irish Independent Park, the only promo code needed is: JNRFREE

Step 1: Select the number of free junior tickets that you require (1 or 2) and the area you wish to purchase for that junior ticket/s.

Please ensure that you have a valid ticket for the same area of the ground as the Juniors.

Step 2: Proceed through to the checkout and accept the terms and conditions.

Step 3: Click on the red account home button at the bottom of your confirmation.

Step 4: Click on ‘Manage This Event’

Step 5: You can then manage the seats you have redeemed.
