Internal loading system for multiple chutes that allows high productions with smaller diameter and lower rotation speed.
Loading system applicable to any POSIMAT changeover: • Replacing format parts (N type changeover). • Automatic and instantaneous (POSIFLEX-A type changeover). • Manually adjustable (POSIFLEX-M Type changeover).
Bottles' feeding is adaptable as per your needs (by hopper elevators, silos or integrated silo).
Bottles' exit is adaptable as needed (by chain conveyor or POSIJET air conveyor).
Designed to minimize maintenance and spare parts (like the full POSIMAT range).
Designed to minimize energy consumption (compressed air and electricity).

This is possible by moving the bottle from the main funnel to an auxiliary funnel so that the main funnel becomes available for the second chute.
The bottles of the discharge wheel are transferred to the line via an air conveyor (POSIJET) or a chain conveyor, depending on each specific project.
The discharge wheel empties both funnels, the main and the auxiliary one, so that they can be filled again on the next rotation.

With the loading system for multiple chutes or MULTICHUTE, the upper disk bottles are being delivered in two loading areas so that for each rotation of the disk, each funnel unscrambles two bottles (instead of just one as with simple or classic loading system).
