• I received my bachelor’s degree at UNC Charlotte in 2017

• In the fall of 2017, I took four months to go live abroad and

teach Kindergarten in Jinja, Uganda.

• This is my third year of teaching Kindergarten at Weddington Hills

I’m Ms. Currie. I was born and raised in Clemmons, North Carolina but have lived in Charlotte for the last 7 years. I love to travel,

domestically or internationally, and experience new cultures. In my free time, you can find me either out playing softball with friends, cheering

on my favorite teams, (the Panthers or the Red Sox) or on the couch watching a good movie. I can’t wait to spend great year with

you and your Kindergarten learners.
