Positive Behaviour for Learning at Mount Hutton Public School

With the return of students to full time attendance, our school has recommenced our Safe, Respectful Learner awards. Please be on the lookout on Facebook for a video of our assembly where we recognise the achievements of our safe, respectful learners.

Our students have also been working incredibly hard to once again earn a whole school reward. More information about our upcoming Pyjama day is below!

Currently, the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Superstar rewards are on hold and under review for our PBL committee. Shannon Sampson, Regional PBL Assistant Principal, will be presenting a Parent & Carer PBL session via video conference – and we will keep all families updated as to when this will occur and how you will be able to join in.

Rachel Visintin, Hannah Bullivant and Kyle Brewis have commenced further Tier 2 PBL training and we are looking forward to hearing and sharing new ideas around how we can further support our students.

Staffing Update

I would like to extend congratulations to Rachel Visintin for being the successful candidate of the recent permanent teacher vacancy in the support unit. From the beginning of Term 3, Rachel will be joining our dynamic support unit team and teaching K6 Yellow.

Winter Warmer Wednesdays are here!

Just a friendly reminder that order forms for next week are due back to school on Tuesday.

On Wednesday students can enjoy a warm milo and blueberry muffin for $2.00, and for lunch on Friday students can order a sausage sizzle, packet of chips and a popper for $5.00

All order forms are due back to school on Tuesday, with all online payments needing to be finalised by 3pm each Tuesday to allow appropriate ordering to occur prior to Wednesday.
