Global Rosary Relay at the National Shrine On Friday, June 8, join the 2018 Global Rosary Relay for Priests at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immacu-late Conception. In addition to this date being the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, it has also been designated as World Priest Day. The National Shrine’s “leg” of the relay begins at 5:45pm, immediately following the 5:15pm Mass in the Crypt Church. Father Michael Weston, the Basilica’s Di-rector of Liturgy, will be the principal celebrant and homilist of the Mass, after which he will lead the faithful in praying the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary. All are invited.
