    The Case study has been done on a visit by doing the ITC Office. On guidance ofMr. NitishShah (Associate Manager) of ITC Ltd. India.

    There were several measures stated by him which keeps MOTIVATION ENHANCEMENTfor the employees.

    ITC grants a holiday for all his employees for free of cost once ayear at TAJ, to keep them happy.

    There are several other benefits granted, such as Loans, PF, ITCSmart Card, Free Travel Card, etc.

    ITC also provides benefits for the families of the employees, asthat would keep surroundings around managers happy and resultinto efficient work.

    ITC conducts special meetings to interact with employees, evenworking at the lowermost post of the Company.

    ITC grants them rewards on the exceptional performance of theemployees.
