Motilium TabletsWarnings And PrecautionsThe film-coated tablets contain lactose and may beunsuitable for patients with lactose intolerance,galactosemia or glucose/galactose malabsorption.Since the elimination half-life of domperidone isprolonged in severe renal impairment, on repeatedadministration the dosing frequency of motiliumshould be reduced to once or twice daily, dependingon the severity of the impairment, and the dose mayneed to be reduced.Breast feeding is not recommended for mothers whoare taking Motilium.
