REGISTRATION FEESThis includes attendance at the conferences you have registered for, Conference Documentation and CD Rom, lunch and coffee breaks on the event(s) days and attendance at social functions. Full payment must be received before the conference in order to guarantee entry.

CONFERENCE LANGUAGEThe conference language will be Russian and English. Simultaneous translation will be provided.

VISASDelegates requiring visas should apply for a TOURIST VISA only. Visa support letters can be obtained from your hotel.PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME.

CONFERENCE DOCUMENTATIONIf you are unable to attend the conference in person, you can purchase the Conference Documentation pack. This includes a catalogue detail-ing the content of each paper, along with a CD containing the papers, presentations and Speakers’ biographies.The Conference Documentation pack is available at a cost of GBP 400 plus postage and packing.

CANCELLATIONSCancellations made before 20.08.2010 will be refunded in full less an administrative charge of GBP 150. We regret that cancellations made after this date cannot be refunded or credited. Substitutes are accept-able at any time.
