EXHIBITION STANDSThere will be an exhibition of products & services during the conference, located by the main conference hall. Exhibition spaces/stands are available at a cost from 3000 EUR and include a free delegate place. For more information, please contact EPC.

ACCOMMODATIONEPC has negotiated a reduced rate for delegates at the InterContinental Moscow Tverskaya. To benefit from this rate, you must book your room using the reservation form which we will send you when you register for the event.
REGISTRATION FEEThis includes attendance at the conference, Conference documentation, lunch and coffee breaks on both days and attendance at social functions. Full payment must be received before the conference in order to guarantee entry.CONFERENCE LANGUAGEThe conference language will be English and Russian. Simultaneous translation will be provided.VISASDelegates requiring visas should apply for a TOURIST VISA only. Visa support letters can be obtained from your hotel. PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME.CANCELLATIONSCancellations made before 16 August 2019 will be refunded in full less an administrative charge of 250 EUR. Unfortunately, cancellations made after this date cannot be refunded or credited.
