HOW TO USE

NUTSHELLMAIL

Open your browser.

Type-in

www.nutshellmail.com

Welcome!

Click Create account.

Enter your email address.

Create a password.

Confirm password.

Click the accounts…

…that you want to connect.

Every time you want to

connect a network,

…you’ll be asked to

log-in to your accounts

…to authorize

Nutshellmail to use your

networks.

Click Facebook.

Then a pop-up window

will appear.

Enter the details.

Click Log In.

Click Okay.

Again, click Okay.

Facebook has now a

check mark,

…which means it has

been connected.

Now click Twitter.

And again you’ll be asked

…to authorize Nutshellmail.

Click Authorize App.

Both are now connected!

Click Continue.

An email will be sent to

your email address

…to confirm your account.

Now that I have

confirmed my account,

…we can manage our

accounts with

Nutshellmail.

For now, we’ll be using

my Twitter account.

Here, you can see tabs

that will help you...

…in setting your account.

Social accounts

…where you can add

and manage accounts.

Delivery schedule

…where you can edit

date and time of sending

updates.

Nutshellmail account

…where you can update

your email address and

password.

Now, to manage your

account click

“Customize”.

You have to choose what

you want…

…Nutshellmail to email

to you.

For Twitter, I only have

chosen 3 activities

…to be monitored by

Nutshellmail.

Click Save.

A notification will show

that your update was

successful.

Now, these are tabs that

can help you…

…organize your email

updates.

Sections,

…is where we have

chosen the activities

…that Nutshellmail is

going to monitor.

Search Terms

…is where you can also

search and organize

…discussions but with

the use of terms or

hashtags.

Lists & subscriptions

…is where you can find

the personal lists

…you created and

subscriptions you added.

To go back to set your

account,

Click Account Settings.

Now let’s edit the

Delivery Schedule.

Choose the days,

…the AM times,

…the PM times,

and importantly, the Time zone

…on when Nutshellmail

can send you email

updates.

After editing your

preferred day and time,

…click Save Delivery Settings.

Your new schedule was

updated!

Let’s now check for an

email update.

Go to your email

address.

You can now see that we

have received…

…an email from

Nutshellmail with

regards

…to the activities we’ve

chosen to be monitored

by it.

Open the sent mail,

…and you can now

check the sections we’ve

chosen.

Another cool feature of

Nutshellmail is that

…you can actually reply,

retweet or favorite a

certain tweet

…even if you’re not

actually on Twitter

website.

And these also applies to

other websites

…or networks that you

can connect with

Nutshellmail.

May it be with Yelp,

Youtube,

…Facebook, Foursquare

and Citysearch.
