In China Pakistan Economic Corridor CPEC the 3000 KMs long connectivitylines will connect Gawadar deep sea with kashgar, a city of Xinjiangautonomous region in China. Apart from this 3000 KMs rout, there would benumbers of routs and line to connect this main rout.

Ckakdara Kalam Expressway is also the part of CPEC Project, Constructionof 4 Lane Chakdara Kalam Expressway 133 km. It will linked with 81 kmswat Motorway under developing kpk Consultanc services for Feasibilitstudy and Detailed. Design for Construction of 4-Lane Expressway FromChakdara To Kalam- N 95 (133Km) allocated to Highest Ranked Bidder: M/sEA Consulting (Pvt.)Ltd.( Lead Firm) in JV with M/s Partners in Development(PlD). The proposed project is located in Swat valley, KP Province. Theproposed Expressway will connect the Nowshera – Chitral Road (N-45) withkalam town. Expressway starts form Chakdara to terminated at Kalam townwhile passing through Fatehpur Mingora and Bahrain towns. The swat valley is famous for its scenic and natural beauty. It is a mainattraction for the locaI and international tourists. Many historical and worldfamous archaeological sites of Ghandara Civilization are also located in thisarea. Tourism in this area will be improve. And hope that infrastructure willdevelop and will bring prosperity for the region.

Route Map for the Chakdara Kalam Expressway is starting from Karnel SherKhan exchange To Chakdara. Six Planned interchanges are there in thisexpressway, Dobian Interchange, Islamia Interchange, BakhshaliInterchange, Katlange Interchange, Palai Interchange and ChakdaraInterchange.
