24. Jennifer Rasiah | CEO, Givesurance Insurance Services, Inc. Givesurance CEO Jennifer Rasiah began working in insurance at the age of 18 and has been in the industry for about 20 years. After getting her start at Prudential Insurance, she continued to gain experience at small to national and global broker-age firms. Realizing her entrepreneurial pursuits, she realized that she wanted to combine her knowledge of the insurance industry and create a commercial insurance platform for small business owners on a national level. After starting Givesurance, Jennifer and her team members were accepted into 500 Startups Accelerator, where the team received their first seed investment to turn build their dream. One year lat-er, Givesurance is launched, helping business owners around the country with their commercial insurance needs.

Anne Staudhammer | Managing Director, AIG Global Real EstateAnne Staudhammer heads AIG Global Real Estate’s initiative acquiring State tax credits throughout the U.S., with a particular focus on State Historic Tax Credits of $5 million or more in size. She led the development of AIG’s State HTC investment platform, which was launched in 2015. Her team is responsible for originating, under-writing, closing, and funding investments supporting renovation of historic buildings. Ms. Staudhammer has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, and joined AIG in 1999. Prior to developing the State HTC platform, she han-dled key lender relationships for AIG Affordable Housing (then known as SunAmerica Affordable Housing), in conjunction with its ownership of 160,000+ LIHTC-funded apartment units. Before joining AIG, Ms. Staudhammer was with the commercial lending arm of a Fortune 100 Company, focusing on development joint ventures and management of a proprietary REIT. 26. Molly Wang | President, Lafonn LLCI was born in Lanzhou, China. I came to the U.S. in 1998 with a mere $200 in my pocket – and more importantly, with an intense fire and passion to do something of significance. 20 years later, I am now the proud owner of Lafonn, one of today’s most successful names in fashion jewelry, and a proud mother of two beautiful boys. I have been living with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) for 20+ years. It has created a lot of challenges, frustration and discomfort for me. But I did not let RA run my life; I use it as the driving force to achieve my dreams. One of my major projects in 2019 is to set up a foundation that helps young girls with RA. I want to show them that their dreams do not die even though they are diagnosed with RA; they can still pursue their dreams if they set their minds to it. I want to show them that although RA will never be cured, they can find a way to live with it.

27. Caroline Weilert | Vice President, Marketing, BrightViewCaroline Weilert serves as BrightView’s Vice President of Marketing and Brand Management, overseeing all facets of the function for the $2 billion landscape services organization. In this role, Caroline develops and executes marketing, digital and brand strategies that contribute to organizational growth and drive demand for BrightView services across 220 office locations in 32 states. In 2014, Caroline led the re-branding initiative to BrightView following the merger between her former employer, ValleyCrest, and its largest competitor, Brickman. This two-year project in-cluded extensive client and employee research, brand development, brand training, and the transformation of the corporate identity across 13,000 vehicles, 18,000 crew member uniforms, 500+ physical office signs and thousands of company forms, con-tracts and policies. Additional re-branding work included the development of a new company website, Intranet, marketing collateral, trade show booths and an internal e-commerce portal for 23,000 employees. Caroline also created BrightVIew’s first Employee Resource Group, GROW, which stands for Growth in Relationships and Op-portunities for Women. This group offers professional development, networking and mentoring opportunities for women across the enterprise. Its vision is to advocate for the recruitment, promotion and retention of women.

28. Minda Wilson | Founder, Fluidity Health, Inc. Minda Wilson, J.D., MBA, is an author, attorney serial entrepreneur and healthcare advocate. As the founder of Fluidity Health, she has overseen the successful devel-opment of a patient-centric care delivery network which represents breakthroughs in care coordination, communication facilitation and high volume data exchange. As a recognized expert on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, she consults with clients regarding implications related to income optimization and compliance.

She has handled several union grievances, arbitrations and representation cases at all stages and has extensive experience managing and overseeing union election campaigns. Ms. Zee was named one of Southern California’s “Rising Stars” by Super Lawyers from 2009-2017.

Jennifer Zweig | Regional Vice President, Robert HalfJennifer Zweig is the regional vice president for Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized staffing firm overseeing operations for the Torrance, Long Beach and Cerritos offices. She joined Robert Half in 2002, and has held progressive leader-ship roles within the company such as division director, branch manager and metro market manager. As an executive team member, she is a key contributor to local mar-ket strategies and operating initiatives for the Accountemps, Salaried Professional Services, Officeteam and Robert Half Finance & Accounting divisions. She also has a background in accounting and management within the restaurant industry.
