Playgroup with Pattie, select Mondays at 10am

Join Pattie Woods for playgroup at the library. There will be crafts, ac-tivities, and fun for ages 0 to 5. Programs will be held outdoors at the Wisconsin St. entrance, weather permitting.

Toddlers ‘n’ Books, Tuesdays at 10 and 11am

Stories, songs and discoveries followed by a craft for 18 to 36 months. Sessions are limited to 40 attendees (caregivers and children)

Books ‘n’ Babies, Thursdays at 10am

Stories, songs and discoveries followed by an open playtime for 0 to 18 months.

Tiny tots, 2nd

and 4th Mondays at 6:30pm

Stories, songs and discoveries for ages 0 to 5.

We Explore Science Ages 0 to 5 are welcome.

Pizza Gardens: Join us inside and out at the library to plant a

pizza garden.

Mixing Magic: Mix up some science magic at the library.

Pizza Gardens Part 2: It’s time for the harvest! Join us to make and eat your own yummy pizzas!

Welty Environmental Center: Twitter on the Wing- This is a special program all about birds!

Very Fairy Flower Party: All ages are invited to dress up in their most dainty clothes and join us for

flowery, fairy fun! Crafts, projects, and sweet treats for all! REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

Messy Art Club:

June 12: Painting and Planting Flower Pots– All ages are invited to bring a bit of color to

summer by painting your own flowerpot and then filling it with seeds! We provide the pots!

July 17: Feel it with Felt– All ages are welcome to design and create with felt!

July 31: Sand Art– All ages can create their own art using shells & colored sand.

Girls Night Out:

Middle and High School girls are invited for a special Spa Night after hours at the library! Bring

a snack and a friend! REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

Angry Bird Science:

All ages can explore the science behind their favorite game by building catapults and designing

naughty pigs. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

June 20: Mo Willems-All ages can explore Mo Willem’s creative world

July 25: Michael Hall– All ages can explore Michael Hall’s shape-concept stories such as My

Heart is Like a Zoo!

We Explore Playgroup:

June 27: Will It Float? Join us at the Wisconsin St. entrance for some splashy fun outside to

learn about buoyancy and make your own boats.

July 11: Puppets! Join us to make your own paper puppets & put on a puppet show!

Mad Scientists Club:

June 26: Science of Reptiles– All ages are welcome learn more about reptiles!

July 24: What Floats? What Flies?- All ages can explore the principles behind what it takes to

float or fly for this outdoor program!

Lego Club-The library supplies the Legos, you supply the imagination!

Preschool Interactive- A special program including early literacy, art & a take home craft.

Stuffed Animal Sleepover– July 3:Drop off a stuffed animal on this day for a fun sleepover at the

library! Each friend will be tagged and can be picked up on July 5th. Pictures available July 7th!

Movie Day at the Library– July 11:

3:30pm Toddler Drive-In– Create your own car and see a short film

6:00pm Teens on Screen– After-hours showing of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug

The Big Splash!- July 29th:
