Keeping medical professionals healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic is essential in both slowing the rate of infection and meeting heightened staffing needs. Shortages of personal protective equipment (PPE) supplies make the task difficult. Walk-in testing booths eliminate physical provider-patient exposure in a modular format that can be deployed for temporary testing operations.

DESIGN ASSUMPTIONS – Patient traffic must be completely separated from medical professionals
– Two booths provided as a set to increase efficiency
– Booths with ADA compliant height of glovebox is recommended
– While one booth is in use, the other must be sterilized for the next testee
– All inside surfaces of the booth should be non-porous surfaces for better infection control
– Phone with intercom speaker included for better communication
– Overhead light to be installed near front clear panel to the medical professional side
– Exhaust fan discharged away from tent
