BABYSITTING
Available during the evening auction (6:15pm – end)

Space is limited due to room capacity. First come, first serve.
You must pre-register. Walk-ups will not be accepted. This is a “lock-in” situation. For the safety of all children, a parent is required
to sign their child(ren) in and out.
Please make sure your child has dinner before arriving. Pizza and a snack will be provided.

Due to the Archdiocesan guidelines of chaperone/student ratio, registration on the day of
Oktoberfest (Oct. 17th) will not be allowed. Please do not wait to register your child.

OKTOBERFEST TICKET PRE-SALE!!!!!!!
Now is the time to get your order in for the pre-sale OKTOBERFEST game tickets.
The tickets are used for all games and concessions including cookie coffee booth.
Tickets are sold for .50 cents each. However if you order early, you receive 10 free tickets
for every $20 spent.
o $20 PRE-ORDER = 50 tickets
o $20 DAY of OKTOBERFEST = 40 tickets
The pre-order is only good in increments of $20 and is due no later than THURSDAY
10/15 AT 3PM.

an envelope (attn: Marion Horn) to the front office by the deadline.
You can pick up your tickets at the TICKET BOOTH, starting at 12:30pm on OKTOBERFEST

Oktoberfest Jr. High Social Dear Parents:
We will be offering a social for the Jr. High students (6th – 8th grades). Snacks & drinks will be provided.
NO STUDENTS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE SCHOOL GROUNDS OR IN THE GYM DURING THE AUCTION.
If you would like your child to be nearby, please sign them up for the social. Space is limited (first
come, first serve). No walk-ups will be accepted the night of Oktoberfest. This event is available
to currently enrolled Sacred Heart School students only. No high school students or non-
students will be allowed.
