DESCRIPTION
Models are at the heart of conceptual design processes as applied in interaction design and user experience work. We make models of user's minds, behaviours, structures, applications, tasks and what not. We use them to clear our minds, make sense of the world, communicate and exchange, and make blueprints of a future state. Models help align design work with the environment we try to reshape, and deal with the many aspects we need to look at. Milan will take us through models of different sizes, shapes and purposes, and show how to use modelling to take design work to a strategic level.TRANSCRIPT
