After a short warm up, square your hips to
whatever object you are placing your foot on and
keep your standing foot as straight as possible.
Maintain this lower body alignment as the upper
body moves. A strong core and straight spine will assure maximum
benefits.
Hold each position 5-10 seconds then repeat on the
other side. Repeat cycles for more
mobility.
