Börger Statement: We didn't invent the Rotary Lobe Pump; we made something special of it! Every mobile Börger Rotary

Lobe Pump is a customized solution, manufactured to our high standards in our production facility in accordance to the

specification of the customer. Applications include bypass of pump stations, wellpoint systems and dewatering, flood

control, digester and lagoon clean up and anywhere, where a reliable, self priming mobile pump system is needed.

The Börger mobile pump is the wealth of experience gathered during the many years of dialogue with our customers and

from the manufacturing.The mobile pump is equipped with a high-quality Borger rotary lobe pump, an internal combustion

engine with sound reduction enclosure, an intelligent control unit, a frame with integrated fuel tank and a solid fixed roof with

side tarpaulins and hoops. A number of additional features such as hose holders on the side, a tool box and strainers are

optionally available.

Various Paints | Börger developed a mobile pump package on a

cart for changing applications. The gooseneck design of the flanges

increase the suction capabilities of the Rotary Lobe Pump. A

mechanically adjustable variable speed drive and a pneumatically

operated control valve ensure high flow ratios.

Crude Oil | A refinery requested a mobile emergency response

pump system. Börger supplied a trailer mounted Rotary Lobe

Pump capable of suction lifts up to 7 m (23 ft). The control panel is

manufactured to the ATEX standard, the new European explosion

proof standard. Dry run and over pressure are reliably monitored.

Oil sludge / Seawater / Bilge / Sewage | A Hamburg shipyard has

equipped several ships with mobile Börger Pumps fitted on hand

trolleys for various applications. The carts are customized in order

to fit through the small gangways on the ships. Low operating

costs and high reliability convinced the shipyard.

Various Fluids | Many wastewater authorities use mobile Börger

Pumps in sewage treatment plants and in flexible emergency services.

The quick couplings at the suction and the discharge side allow many

different applications. For higher flow rates double connections are

possible as well. A torque-limiting system in the drive shaft prevents

damages in case of larger foreign objects blocking the pump unit.
