The Methodology Used To Create This Report

We collated data from the usage pattern of devices by our users on the platform. It was also com-

bined with the market statistical data of various devices and OS. Since our device data center is

currently in India and the US along with a large chunk of users coming from these regions, this report

focuses on devices for India and the US region.

The report consists of 30 most preferred devices for testing in the US and India based on some

specific parameters.

Although the adoption rate of the latest iOS version is higher as compared to Android, a major part

of the Apple userbase still uses the older versions of iOS.

To overcome Device and OS fragmentation issues, development and test teams have to validate the

app compatibility across devices. Choosing the right set of devices is the key to success in the mar-

ketplace.
