In this case we will use your TRAVELWISE2 site to create a mobile application so that some content will be available, however the pages within the site will not be suitable for display in the mobile application. Using the Starter Pages 1 Load DreamWeaver CS6 or close the current pages then select NEW from the FILE menu. NOTE: In the SAMPLE PAGE frame if you choose JQUERY MOBILE (CDN) the required javascript files are stored in an external site. JQUERY MOBILE (LOCAL) stores the javascript files in the site’s folder and JQUERY MOBILE WITH THEME (LOCAL) stores native phone application files in your site’s folder. 3 Select CREATE to start the page.

22Mobile Applications

DreamWeaver provides templates (called Starter Pages) for creating mobile web applications as well as the tools to create your own mobile applications from scratch. Using the Starter Pages 1 Load DreamWeaver CS6 or close the current pages then select NEW from the FILE

menu.

3 Select CREATE to start the page.
