All I saw was his hand like ent er and he was tryin to l ike pull away from

him. But I don t have no idea what he was doin .

Was the police vehicle door shut at thi s t im e?

Yeah

outside the vehicle?

He was inside.

gentleman reaching into

police car. Was he alone? Was he with

anyone?

with

one other person.

Um he was kinda he was dark skinned lo w cut had on some yellow

and black socks some cargo shorts and I don t know

what

color shirt he

had on.

What color are the cargo shorts?

Like

some khaki.

Khaki color. Okay cargo shorts. Did he have any objects in his hands

that you could tell?

No.

Okay. How about describe the uh the guy he was w it h.

Um he had dreads and he had on a black shi rt and that s all I could

remember about him.

Have you ever seen anyone of these tw o individuals before?

No.

Oh okay. Um do you ever hear that that second individual ever yelling

anything saying anything?

No.

Nothing? Okay.

After uh

after

the first one reaches

into

the police car can you take us

through again what-what happened after that?

Um he pulled ou t his well he pulled away then the police officer pulled

ou t his taser and tried to tase him bu t he missed.

Did the police off icer and I l l stop you in just one second. Did

off icer exit his vehicle before he pulled ou t his taser or.

No he was still in.

He

was still inside the vehicle he pulls ou t his taser.

Okay. And he shoots at him?

thought

he already had like

caught him and

him in handcuffs and everything. But then I heard

several

more

shots

so

I looked again and he was on

the

ground

bleeding.

the

identify

that person?

I saw

the

back of him.

I heard him screamin when he shot

w hen he shot him.

where it

was

just

screaming in pain. There was no t actual verbiage coming out was

there?

Did you ever hear

officer give uh yell any orders

the

officer.

any chance

that

any conversation between

th e tw o

would

have

been uh

drowned ou t

by surrounding noise

it

be

if

were

listening

It probably was

I had

the

T.V. paused though.

around outside people in cars?

Yeah I saw a couple cars

you describe that vehicle?

It was a white Pontiac a white Pontiac.

A four-door.

Any plates on

that

vehicle?

Yeah. But I wouldn t I wouldn t recognize em.

So you couldn t tell what type of l icense plate though? Okay. Any

other persons standing around?

It was

just them tw o

and

the

officer.

And

the

officer okay. And you said those vehicles

were

trying to

get

around

the

officer?

Yeah. Trying .

And which-which way did they go? They went

One came

from

t hi s w ay and one came from that way.

Okay. So tw o separate vehicles driving from tw o separate directions in

in opposite directions okay okay.

Uh do you think there s anything else of-of value that we didn t ask you

about uh no w or before?

Um no.
