Images:Artists agree to release use of images of accepted works to TCA only as a permanent record of the exhibition and only for promotional use related to the exhibition and the art center.

Once accepted, artists may submit a high resolution image for consideration for use in print promotions including the exhibit postcard. Please email a jpeg file at least 300 dpi to exhibitions@tubacarts.org. Please include in the subject line of your email, "Members’ Juried Print". Please include your last name and first initial along with the title in the name of the file.example: SmithJ_Painting.jpg.

Tubac  Center  of  the  Arts  is  the  core  of  Tubac's  artistic  heritage  and  identity.    We  pursue  excellence  in  serving  as  a  venue  for  artistic  expression,  appreciation  and  learning  for  those  who  create  and  enjoy  art  in  southern  Arizona.

Artwork:Giclee reproductions are not permitted. Entry must be original, entirely the work of the artist, executed within the last 24 months, and cannot have been previously shown at TCA.

No art may be removed from the exhibit prior to the close of the exhibition on Sunday, January 15, 2017, including sold art.

Delivery/Shipping:Artists are responsible for shipping to and from TCA. Unsold work will be shipped back to the artist after close of the exhibition. Artists must provide a PREPAID barcoded shipping label for the return of their artwork.

Tubac Center of the Arts is pleased to present the 47th year of our Members’ Juried Exhibit. This is an invitational juried exhibit for artist members of Tubac Center of the Arts.

Juror Dr. Julie Sasse is the chief curator and Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at the Tucson Museum of Art. Dr. Sasse has been awarded fellowships with the Francine and Sterling Clark Institute, the Smithsonian Latino Museum Studies,the Marshal Foundation, and the Women’s International Study Center Scholar Fellowship.

Presentation:All artwork must arrive in a condition ready to professionally display or hang. If framed, work must be suitably matted, (white, black or neutral colors preferred), simply framed and firmly wired. No saw tooth hangers. TCA reserves the right to disqualify any selected entry upon arrival that does not meet the above requirements or is deemed unsuitable for display.

Sales:All work must be for sale. TCA will retain a40% commission, Price work accordingly.

Fees:Jurying will be done on the basis of digital images in jpg format. Up to 4 works may be entered for consideration. Nonrefundable entry fee is $32 for the first image, $3 each additional image. Payments are made at the end of the CaFE™ entry process either via credit card online or a check mailed to the art center.
