For Federal Aid Projects the attention of bidders is directed to the contract provisions governing selection and employment of laborcontained in the bid proposal. Minimum wage rates for Federal Aid Projects have been predetermined by the Secretary of Labor andare subject to Public Law 87-581, Work Hours Act of 1962, as set forth in the contract provisions. Unless otherwise set out in the bidproposal, all other projects are subject to the predetermined minimum wage rate set by the U.S. Department of Labor under the FairLabor Standards Act.
