Ensure that every student and educator has at least one Internet
access device and appropriate software and resources for research,
communication, multimedia content creation, and collaboration for
use in and out of school.

Evidence from classroom observations suggested that laptop
computers and digital resources allowed students in Technology
Immersion schools to experience somewhat more intellectually
demanding work (Shapley, K. et al, 2009).

interventions to ensure that students progress seamlessly through
our P16 education system and emerge prepared for college and
