Problems without FMS

Storage of Information : - For a Co. like Wipro wasnot possible to keep all the information related to the

employees on papers because it requires a lot of spaceand manpower to manage all records. If any document

would miss out then this will create a problem for

organization as well as manual management having the

more cost involvement.

Individual Monitoring System :- It was very difficult

to do the monitoring for the all individual employee as

well as complicated to keep the tracking the dailyattendance & request for the required skills training/key

performance appraisals to the all individual employees

for personal growth with the organization.

Time Consuming Process :- As all the records were

kept on papers so it took a lot of time to find out the

information whenever it was needed by the decisionmaker or any other person.

Benefits OfFMS

Employee Data Base Management :- Now itsbecome easy for the Co. to keep the record of all the

information related to the employees & can easily findout the information related to any employee whenever

needed.

It Provides Basis for Daily Attendance :- Every

employee has unique login ID & password with the helpof which he can mark his attendance.

No Dues :- When any employee wants to resign fromthe Co. that time employee can submit the no dues form

with the help of FMS by providing the relevantinformation & giving the reason of resigning.

Wipro Claim:- Under this, allowance is given to the

employee for official work.

For this, employee has to register all the details related to

that allowance which is in turn approved by the manager

& report is sent to the finance department. After that the

finance department directly send the allowance amount to

the employee account.

How It Works

1) Type the fms.wipro.co.in in address bar then

select the Welcome to FMS. A home page will

open.

2) Select the login type and after that user need to

write the login ID and password.

3) A new page will open which contain all the heads

like attendance, Wipro claim, No dues, etc.

For example by selecting the left most corner,

employee can mark the attendance. For this, he

has to register the in time and out time at the

end of the day which is approved by the

manager. In this way records of all the employees

are send to the HR department for approval of

salaries of the employees. Only approved days

will be counted for the calculation of salaries.
