-This approval is not an authorization for the company to receive, store, treat or dispose of a refined chemical that is a hazardous waste and/or a waste dangerous good at the facility. Where a hazardous waste and/or waste dangerous good have the same meanings as defined in The Environmental Management and Protection Act and regulations thereunder.
