The licensee must include the following in the public notification package: • A brief overview of the operations; • Identification of the potential hazards associated with the facilities; • Identify the potential concentration of air contaminants, odours, duration of flare, noise, light pollution, traffic, and explosion danger associated with the proposed operation; • Identify the licensee’s safety-related process to prevent the release during operation i.e.: equipment design; training and supervision; inspections, and emergency response planning; • Identify whether or not the residence is within the Emergency Planning Zone of the facility and if necessary provide them with additional information; • A map of the operations in the general area; • A 24-hour emergency licensee contact telephone number and clearly identify licensee contact person to answer any questions about the operations for the life of the site; • Procedures in place to respond to an emergency.

Special Conditions: -Economic evaluation of the venting at this site must be re-evaluated annually in accordance with the Saskatchewan Upstream Petroleum Industry Associated Gas Conservation Directive (S-10). If the results of the associated gas conservation evaluation process indicate that conservation is required, the well or the facility must remain shut-in until conservation is implemented. Gas analysis shall be taken annually in order to properly re-evaluate the economics of gas conservation. If ECON receives valid public complaints regarding odour or noise the facility will be shut-in immediately until conservation is in place.
