Our extensive product offering, combined with the knowledge of the attributes of each product, allows us to break down application specifi c hard surface fl oor and vertical cleaning tasks into steps that are easy to follow.

Keeping it SimpleEvery building needs to be cleaned. This Facility Supply Guide will help you understand which products will be most effective while, at the same time, keeping cleaning and labor costs to a minimum. Properly assessing any cleaning situation and successfully creating a cleaning program for each building will depend on the answer to these three basic questions:

1. Is cross-contamination a concern?

2. What is the size of the area to be cleaned?

3. Is the area to be cleaned considered a heavy soil (high traffi c) or light soil (low traffi c) application?

To properly clean a building for both appearance and health requires a mix of different products designed to fi t each specifi c need. We offer the perfect blend of traditional dust mops, wet mops and microfi ber products to handle any cleaning application. It’s important to understand each product and when and where it should be used.

MIMA™ Microfi ber products offer enhanced pick-up and deep cleaning characteristics that are excellent in smaller, light soil, “low traffi c” areas and, in particular, areas in which cross-contamination is a concern. Various microfi ber pads, in both cut and looped yarn, along with a large assortment of microfi ber cloths, microfi ber hardware, traditional style microfi ber mops designed to fi t existing hardware, and an assortment of microfi ber accessory products, are available for effective cleaning.

Our traditional dust and wet mops are specifi cally designed to cover larger areas that typically involve a heavier soil load and are considered “high traffi c.” These conventional mops are designed to handle more soil over a larger cleaning area and are excellent in applications such as long hallways, gym fl oors, cafeterias and entrances to buildings.
