INTRODUCTION                                                  This summary report comprises some of the key data and information presented in reserves reports prepared by Ryder Scott Company L.P. (Ryder Scott) and provided to subsidiaries of MIE Holdings Corporation (MIEH) on February 27, 2015. The information presented in this report includes information presented by Ryder Scott in the year-end reports, as of December 31, 2014, of two of MIEH’s wholly owned subsidiaries: Gobi Energy Limited (Gobi) and Riyadh Energy Limited (Riyadh). Each of these subsidiaries operates one production sharing contract on behalf of MIEH. Gobi operates the Daan production sharing contract, and Riyadh operates the Moliqing production sharing contract. The contents of this document are derived from Ryder Scott reports without change, and do not vary in any material fashion from the two reports dated February 27, 2015. In those reports, Ryder Scott prepared estimates of the proved, probable and possible reserves, future production and income and estimates of the 1C, 2C and 3C contingent resources, and undiscovered prospective resources derived through certain production sharing contracts of Gobi and Riyadh. SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers) PRMS (Petroleum Resource Management System) Guidelines were used for reserve and resource definitions and disclosure guidelines in the Ryder Scott reserve reports. The subject properties are located in Jilin Province in the People’s Republic of China.

Hydrocarbon Prices An averaging period of 12 months was used in determining current product prices. The product prices that were used to determine the future gross revenue for each property reflect the Daqing posted price with no differentials, as stipulated in the Production Sharing Contracts.
