How to Master
the Business of
Facial
Rejuvenation
Nothing great is achieved easily
• You need to choose your identity, what is your mission?
• What are you passionate about?
• How do you want to develop that?
Advice to new estheticians
Establish who you are
People / Clients are attracted to you when you are firm in who you are, what you stand for, what you believe.
READ!These great books inspired me.
• Simon Sinek – Start with WHY –
• Twyla Tharp – The Creative Habit
• Jeffrey Gitomer – Getting Your Way
• Napolian Hill – Dancing with the Devil
• Brene’ Brown – The Gifts of Imperfection
Be prepared to work
No one succeeded with a half assed attempt.
– Give more to stand out from the norm.
• Time
• Samples
• Information
• Knowledge
• Reevaluate what did you like/ not like in what you have done
• Where is my $ coming from and do I love doing that?
• Have the courage to go in a new direction

What are the Biggest
Mistakes Estheticians and
Holistic Practitioners Make?
• Lack of clear direction
• Lack of adequate knowledge
• Too unmotivated to learn anatomy and science
• Lack of dedication, just want to get by
• Too scared to focus on what they really love, so stay too general
• Afraid to let go of doing what does not inspire them
Marketing your business verses marketing yourself
Your ability to get new clients is often based on their perception and belief in you. The better your reputation, the more likely you are able to influence other.
Always re-evaluate
Ask yourself
– Would I come to me?
– Do I offer what I would expect?
– Does my office represent who I am?
– When I walk in to my treatment room – Is it what I would like to see as a client?
– What can I do to become more?
Then, ask a friend or client those questions…..
Create a mastermind group of people much smarter.
• Meet monthly
• Hold each other accountable.
• Express ideas and plans of action.
• Share experiences.
• Have a sense of humor
What I did personally
Energy Light Rejuvenation (ELR)
An application of Microlight therapy that utilizes a unique combination of:
 Frequency-specific microcurrent
 Color Light chromo-therapy
 Pure, healant skin care products
ELR is based on the principle that:
Inner Balance = Outer Beauty
“The Whole Body Healing
Disguised as a Facial”
